As we see the Violent Left Wing try and use any disaster as a reason for gun control, well just look south. Yes those people that come across Illegally come from a very violent country. Yes, Spike TV Lee, you dirtbag, America is not the enemy. You and your fellow Left Wingers and Rev. Wright supporters, I mean unstable Barry Soetoro supporters are the problem.

In an article in the Business Outlook section of the January 31st, Albuquerque Journal, (subscription required) Jerry Pacheco, executive director of New Mexico International Business Accelerator, makes some cogent observations that Liberals should ponder before using isolated incidents of violence, such as the recent Tucson shootings, to resume the drumbeat for more restrictive gun control laws.

The most violent country in the Western Hemisphere is the one on our southern border, a nation where thousands die annually in vicious shootouts, many of whose victims are innocent bystanders, cut down in sweeping hails of fire from illegal, that's right illegal, firearms, supposedly denied to those who wield them in spite of strict, that's right, strict, federal government gun controls. Mr. Pacheco asserts, and I find it confirmed by other sources, that while the Mexican constitution does indeed cite the right of its citizens to keep and bear arms, "for their safety and legitimate defense," the reality is far different. For instance, 2d Amendment activist, Dave Kopel, cites Article 10 of the Mexican Constitution:


"The inhabitants of the United Mexican States have the right to possess arms in their homes for their security and legitimate defense with the exception of those prohibited by federal law and of those reserved for the exclusive use of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and National Guard. Federal law shall determine the cases, conditions and place in which the inhabitants may be authorized to bear arms."


However, as Mr. Pacheco and Mr. Kopel both note, Mexican federal codes severely restrict this constitutional right, resulting in a reality where law-abiding citizens are generally limited to possession of weapons of small caliber only, no larger than .22. Kopel notes that the corruption which pervades all Mexican official business applies as well to the obtaining of government permits to purchase firearms, making them extremely difficult to obtain.

In fact, according to that fervent promoter of more restrictive gun control laws, the Washington Post, there is only one, count 'em, just one gun store in all of Mexico. And as the Post further notes, "Mexico has some of the toughest gun-control laws in the world, a matter of pride for the nation's citizens. Yet Mexico is awash in weapons."

Let's see if we got this right. The simple citizen can't own anything larger than a .22 because of federal gun control laws, while the drug cartels, who could care less about said gun control restraints possess armories which in many cases rival or exceed those of the Mexican police forces and even the national armed forces. The money quote from the Washington Post article is this, "Asked whether Mexico's gun-control laws were working, Mendoza said, 'Ask the criminals.' "

What is it that liberals seem incapable of grasping about the stark truth that if you outlaw guns, only the outlaws will have them? Look south you wishful fools, and see what your gun control has wrought.

Obama's Science Czar Congress is Too Stupid To Understand Climate Change

John Holdren, the President's Science Czar has an unusual explanation for why there is no cap and trade legislation coming from congress. It has nothing to do with the fact that the latest research casts grave doubt over the Global Warming theory, nor does it have anything to do with the fact that now many believers in global warming say that man has very little to do with the trend, nope like most progressives, Holdren believes that he is right and everyone else is wrong. Therefore there is a need to Educate the naysayers about global warming. Obviously because they have had open minds they are too stupid to get it without "reprogramming."

President Obama’s top science adviser said there’s a need to “educate” GOP climate change skeptics on Capitol Hill as the White House seeks to advance its green energy agenda.


“It is an education problem. I think we have to educate them,” said John Holdren, who heads the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, in an interview broadcast Sunday.

But the effort comes as a substantial number of GOP lawmakers, such as House Science, Space and Technology Committee Chairman Ralph Hall (R-Texas), are questioning climate science.

Holdren, asked about advancing Obama’s agenda in the face of skepticism, said the scientific evidence of dangerous human-induced climate change is powerful. “The science of climate change is really very clear in its essentials,” Holdren said on Platts Energy Week.

He said there is uncertainty about details, but noted that’s always the case in science. What’s plain, Holdren said, is that the climate is changing in damaging ways and that human activities – notably burning fossil fuels – are “overwhelmingly likely” to be the primary cause.

“Those points are clear in the science, and we need to talk with the members of Congress who aren’t yet convinced of that to try and convince them,” Holdren said.
Is the science clear? Well then how come at least 40% of scientists reject man made global warming? How about the fact that Ice Core Samples Prove 9,099 Out Of Past 10,500 Years Warmer Than 2010? Or that the original research to prove global warming has been proved bogus and so on and so forth. This global warming "consensus" has had so many holes poked into it that it wouldn't pass as Swiss Cheese, but that won't stop the Science Czar:


“We need better energy technology both to reduce our dependence on foreign oil, to improve the environment, including reducing our contribution to climate change, and to create the jobs in clean energy, the new products, the new businesses that will stay in America, while meeting our growing energy needs,” Holdren said.

He later added: “The president realizes that we need all the new energy sources we can get. We need energy sources that reduce our contribution to production of greenhouse gases that are altering the climate, we need those new energy sources to reduce our dependence on foreign oil, and we need them to stay competitive in a global market.”
But that is not the reason the Science Czar wants cap and trade, Holdren is a globalist who endorses surrender of US sovereignty" to a comprehensive Planetary Regime that would control all the world's resources, direct global redistribution of wealth, oversee the "de-development" of the West, control a World Army and taxation regime, and enforce world population limits.

He has castigated the United States as "the meanest of wealthy countries," advocated drastically lowering the U.S. standard of living, and left the door open to trying global warming "deniers" for crimes against humanity (uh-oh, guess I'm in trouble). With John Holdren influencing administration policy, the entire country is in trouble.

Delusional Rabbi Protesting Glenn Beck

Dear Editorial Board of the Sun-Sentinel:

In the article that appeared in the Sun-Sentinel (Jan. 27, P.3A) "Me thinks the rabbi's protest too much". These left-wing rabbi's are upset by Glenn Beck criticizing George Soros and for his using references to Nazi's and the Holocaust in describing some of the actions of his political opponents. Give me a break! Is it all right, rabbi's, that a Congressman Cohen (D-Tenn.) used the Nazi, Holocaust and Goebbels references to describe the actions of the Republicans? Yes, George Soros, an atheist who has renounced his Jewish heritage, was only 14 years of age when he helped a Nazi sympathizer confiscate the property of Hungarian Jews who were being rounded up to be sent to the concentration camps, but when given the opportunity years later to show some remorse and to repent for his teenage actions, he refused and said that it was a very pleasant time of his life. He shouldn't be criticized or singled out for that behavior? Maybe the money donated by the billionaire Soros to the religious institutions of these rabbi's has something to do with the "outrage" shown against Fox News and Glenn Beck?

What a double-standard for the left-leaning media to take, as long as it is a conservative or a right-winger who is being slandered, it's O.K., but when a left-winger is criticized it is termed hate speech.

Get a life rabbi's, spread your holy word to your flock and stop trying to muddy the waters of free speech to advance your left-wing agenda, especially using and defending an admitted anti-Semite to do your dirty work.

Hussein Obama's State of the Union speech from Tuesday night. It is obvious that many People will believe the words that came from the TOTUS (teleprompter of the United States). Some people quickly forget about bill ayers, rev. wright, racist sotomayor, al sharpton, khalidi, siding with Dictator in Honduras, SEIU aka Purple Shirts, ACORN and the travesty he calls Obamacare. Yes, the Racist, destructive Obamcare bill is set aside by lowlife liberals and self-loathing PC Drones so they can support the TOTUS. Bachmann: Good evening. My name is Congresswoman Michele Bachmann from Minnesota's 6th District.

I want to thank the Tea Party Express and Tea Party HD for inviting me to speak this evening. I'm here at their request and not to compete with the official Republican remarks.

The Tea Party is a dynamic force for good in our national conversation, and it's an honor for me to speak with you.

Two years ago, when Barack Obama became our president, unemployment was 7.8%, and our national debt stood at what seemed like a staggering $10.6 trillion. We wondered whether the president would cut spending, reduce the deficit and implement real job-creating policies.

Unfortunately, the president's strategy for recovery was to spend a trillion dollars on a failed stimulus program, fueled by borrowed money. The White House promised us that all the spending would keep unemployment under 8%. Not only did that plan fail to deliver, but within three months, the national jobless rate spiked to 9.4%. It hasn't been lower for 20 straight months. While the government grew, we lost more than 2 million jobs.

Let me show you a chart. Here are unemployment rates over the past 10 years. In October of 2001, our national unemployment rate was at 5.3%. In 2008, it was at 6.6%. But just eight months after President Obama promised lower unemployment, that rate spiked to a staggering 10.1%. Today, unemployment is at 9.4% with about 400,000 new claims every week.

After the $700 billion bailout, the trillion-dollar stimulus, and the massive budget bill with over 9,000 earmarks, many of you implored Washington to please stop spending money that we don't have. But instead of cutting, we saw an unprecedented explosion of government spending and debt. It was unlike anything we've ever seen before in the history of the country.

Well, deficits were unacceptably high under President Bush, but they exploded under President Obama's direction, growing the national debt by an astounding $3.1 trillion.

Well, what did we buy? Instead of a leaner, smarter government, we bought a bureaucracy that now tells us which lightbulbs to buy and which may put 16,500 IRS agents in charge of policing President Obama's health care bill. Obamacare mandates and penalties may even force many job-creators to just stop offering health insurance altogether, unless, of course, yours is one of the more than 222 privileged companies, or unions, that's already received a government waiver under Obamacare.

In the end, unless we fully repeal Obamacare, a nation that currently enjoys the world's finest health care might be forced to rely on government-run coverage. That could have a devastating impact on our national debt for even generations to come.

For two years, President Obama made promises, just like the ones we heard him make this evening, yet still we have high unemployment, devalued housing prices, and the cost of gasoline is skyrocketing.

Well, here's a few suggestions for fixing our economy. The president could stop the EPA from imposing a job-destroying cap-and-trade system. The president could support a balanced budget amendment. The president could agree to an energy policy that increases American energy production and reduces our dependence on foreign oil.

The president could also turn back some of the 132 regulations put in place in the last two years, many of which will cost our economy $100 million or more. And the president should repeal Obamacare and support free-market solutions, like medical malpractice reform and allowing all Americans to buy any health care policy they like anywhere in the United States.

We need to start making things again in this country, and we can do that by reducing the tax and regulatory burden on job-creators. America will have the highest corporate tax rate in the world. Think about that. Look no further to see why jobs are moving overseas.

But thanks to you, there's reason for all of us to have hope that real spending cuts are coming, because last November, you went to the polls, and you voted out the big-spending politicians and you put in their place great men and women with a commitment to follow our Constitution and cut the size of government. I believe that we're in the very early days of a history-making turn in America.

Please know how important your calls, visits and letters are to the maintenance of our liberties. Because of you, Congress is responding, and we're just beginning to start to undo the damage that's been done the last few years, because we believe in lower taxes, we believe in a limited view of government and exceptionalism in America. And I believe that America is the indispensable nation of the world.

Just the creation of this nation itself was a miracle. Who can say that we won't see a miracle again? The perilous battle that was fought during World War II in the Pacific at Iwo Jima was a battle against all odds, and yet this picture immortalizes the victory of young GIs over the incursion against the Japanese. These six young men raising the flag came to symbolize all of America coming together to beat back a totalitarian aggressor.

Our current debt crisis we face today is different, but we still need all of us to pull together. But we can do this. That's our hope. We will push forward. We will proclaim liberty throughout the land. And we will do so because we, the people, will never give up on this great nation.

So God bless you, and God bless the United States of America.
