I will define myself, thank you.

I do not need to be told by this Administration that if I disagree with any of its policies, I am unpatriotic. That’s a crock. Got that, Mr. President?  Got that, Government spokespeople?

Don’t  question my patriotism, especially if you have not worn the uniform in our Armed Forces as I have. I am a native-born citizen of the United States of America, with all the freedoms and rights reserved for me under The Constitution - and I will not permit myself to be defined by any Government employee whom I’ve hired remotely but, whose salary I pay directly with my tax dollars..

If I don’t agree with same-sex marriage or LGBT legislation, I don’t want to hear any crap about being homophobic.  Get that straight. You can go whistle a show tune.

If I express a belief that Affirmative Action is no longer valid - that it is an outdated program, it does not mean that I deserve to be categorized as a racist.  I am entitled to my opinion. It’s called a First Amendment right – and it has nothing to do with skin color.

If I do not agree with another person regarding their religion or politics – that does not mean that I am a bigot or that I am prejudiced.  It is called, ‘a different point of view’.

That said however, the manner in which I comport myself during civil discourse has everything to do with how my attitudes are perceived.  If I were to use profanity or become vehement  in putting forth my views, then I become fair game for being ‘categorized’ by the individuals with whom I am in discussion.  And  rightly so; no argument there.

However, so long as I remain civil, I shall take exception to being negatively characterized by spokespeeps for this Administration whether elected or appointed, or anyone in the news or broadcast media, who attempts to plunk me into one of those undesirable categories.

Are we clear?  Are we crystal clear?

Coincidence?    I dun think so.

BRIBERY &  INTIMIDATION are the tactics-of-choice favored by both the agents of Islam Shariah and  President Barack Hussein Obama.  Coincidence?  I dun think so.

BRIBERY:  Money, property, favors (i.e.,sex or political advancement) offered or given to someone in a position of trust to corrupt or induce him or her to act dishonestly; to influence or persuade.

INTIMIDATION: To frighten, to make fearful; to cower or to make timid in order to exact a demand for accommodation and compliance.

Sound familiar?  This is the M.O. (Modus Operandi) of this President, his Czars, his appointees and his enablers.  Barack Obama uses these Chicago street thug tactics openly and frequently.

It is also, precisely the M.O. used by agents of the vicious Muslim Brotherhood and its many spin-off groups (all with benign-sounding names, of course)  that have insinuated themselves into so many venues in our society.  The Muslim Brotherhood is now bribing and intimidating with hardly any opposition in such places as:   college and university campuses, municipal governments, city and county commissions, school boards, Mayors, community service organizations and commercial enterprises of every description.  

Influential individuals in each of these venues are targeted for bribery - - if that doesn’t work, then serious intimidation becomes the tactic of choice.  

Intimidation takes  whatever form is deemed will be most effective.  They don’t hesitate to threaten their targets with physical violence.  Often, they will threaten physical harm and worse, to the family and loved ones of their targets. Even people with personal courage will waver when their children and families are threatened.  Threats of maiming, dismembering, disfigurement and murder are the every day tactic favored by the Muslim Brotherhood, individual Imams and other agents of terrorism.

Vandalism committed on the property of the targeted person is common – and it works.  Residences, business establishments, autos, RVs, boats – anything that can be slashed, burned, blown up or destroyed is fair game to these miscreants.  They will do whatever it takes to intimidate the targeted person into submission and induce him to comply against his will, with the demands made upon him..   

A Coincidence that both Obama and the Muslim Brotherhood employ these tactics?  

I dun think so.

Islam Has Declared War On America

WAR for Dummies


War has been declared upon our nation by Islam.    Everyone in the world has heard, understood and accepted this declaration, except the President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama and his administration.

When war is declared upon our nation by groups of terrorists working in concert under the banner of Islam, we must respond by declaring and waging an all-out war on Islam.  Once open warfare has been declared, there is no negotiating possible.  There is only the firm resolve to engage, defeat and destroy the enemy.  The enemy is Islam.  Get that straight.

When in a war for survival, THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR VICTORY ! 

It is painfully obvious that this President, a Muslim by birth and a follower of Islam by choice – his protestations of accepting Christianity being a blatant deception for the sole purpose of political expedience - has no intention of mounting any sort of effective response to this attack.  

His idea of leadership is ‘leading from behind’.  In all the history of warfare, no one has ever uttered a stupid concept to equal this one.  Victory to him, means something altogether apart from the accepted definition of that word. 

According to traditional dictionary definitions, Victory means:    

1. Final and complete defeat of the enemy in a military engagement.
2  Any successful struggle against an opponent or obstacle.
3. The state of having triumphed.

There are no degrees of victory, other than 100% complete. Victory is only complete when the enemy has been destroyed or admits total defeat and acknowledges the victor.

Does anyone think for a moment that Obama will take up arms against Islam, even to protect and defend our nation and its citizens?  Where does that leave us, Folks?

“Day of Infamy, 2.0”

A dear friend and true patriot sent an e-mail in which he referred to the Supreme Court’s unfortunate decision released yesterday (6/28/2012), that upheld the Constitutionality of ObamaCare as, another ‘Day of Infamy’. He nailed it with his reference to the Japanese sneak attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.

It has been more than 24 hours since that decision was announced and I am still in a state of shock and disbelief at how the ObamaCare case was deliberately manipulated to achieve such a contorted conclusion, by those in the majority at the Supreme Court.

This is a blatant case of the end justifying the means. Obama wanted this ‘end result’ and the pressure was put on by whatever means it took, to achieve that end.

Will we ever know for certain whether it was bribery, intimidation, mental illness or by what manner of political chicanery, that influenced Chief Justice Roberts to abandon his principles? I doubt it.

Meanwhile, we are left to ponder a path forward that will inevitably lead to a more just ‘end’ arrived at by legitimate means, as we work within the parameters so clearly defined by The Constitution of the United States of America.

We can do this thing. And, God willing, we will.

My Stars & Stripes

Nothing provides me with more of a kick-start to my day, than placing the flagpole with my Stars & Stripes into the bracket on the front of my house. My heart never fails to beat a little faster with the honor I feel, at just holding the flag that represents what my country is all about.

Sometimes, I’ll face the flag and recite The Pledge of Allegiance, silently. Some days, I just look at those stars and stripes and quietly whisper, “Thank you, God”. Sometimes, I’ll put up the flag and give it a short, snappy salute. Placing the flag in front of my home is a very private thing, with me. I am happy to share to flag with all who pass by but, my sentiments . . my innermost feelings about our nation’s flag – these are deep inside and just between the Founding Fathers and me.

Whenever I return home and am greeted by the sight of ‘my’ Stars & Stripes, I feel my old heart beat just a bit faster. And for a brief moment, I find myself awash in the warmth of my love for the United States of America. That isn’t a bad thing to feel. It is always right; it is always up-beat.

Whenever the clouds turn dark grey and all the signs point to a sudden downpour, I take in ‘my’ Stars & Stripes. Every once in a while, when I haven’t checked the skies overhead, a sudden storm will roll by and give everything a good soaking, including my flag. I usually have a silent chat with the red, white and blue symbol of our freedoms and promise not to let that happen, again. The flag remains mute as if understanding that after all, this is Florida – sudden storms are to be expected, as are aging patriots who react somewhat slower than they might have in times past.

When I retire the colors at dusk, I feel that old heart pounding again. I look up and thank the provider of our freedoms for another day of miracles, protected by ‘my’ Stars & Stripes. Got that? ‘MY’ Stars & Stripes. My personal Stars & Stripes.

I love that flag.

Never Trust the Racist News Media

It is funny how many People become marksmen when discussing the Trayvon Martin shooting. Yes, so many People who have a 6 Foot tall Thug beating on them will have the wear with all to shoot the guy in the leg or hand. The new and improved Marksman spout that they could even fire a shot into the leg of a thug, even if blood is all in their eyes and their head is bloody.

The other one I hear is common because of the mentality of Eric Holder and the Left wing Racists. That is that because Trayvon Martin was black and Zimmerman (had some black blood) is a few shades lighter, well George Zimmerman will have to do some jail time. Not because they think he is guilty of wrong doing, just because his skin color is not dark enough.

That old adage applies here. . . "there are two sides to every story" . . .we don't always get the truth from the media. One of my favorite rants...the liberal controlled media...television news...newspapers...magazines...radio...all continue to show 12 year old Trayvon...NOT 17 year old Trayvon...they continue to show the 5 year old picture BECAUSE it helps to cement in your mind the little, cute, hoodie wearing youngster who was stalked by this monster.

In reality.."little Trayvon"...at the time of his death...stood almost 6'2" tall...weighed 175 muscular pounds...had numerous run ins with authorities (both at school and local police)...had been stopped and almost arrested two days before his death for...smacking a bus driver in the face...because the driver refused to let him ride for free...he was released because the driver was told not to press charges by the bus company and to continue on his route.

When "little Trayvon" was suspended at school...it was not only because he tried to bring a little marijuana in with him...he was in possession of wedding rings and other jewelry...watches etc. that he said he "found" along with a large screwdriver...while on the way to school that day...the jewelry was turned over to the Police by the school. I am not trying to say this was a good shooting... I am not trying to say this kid deserved to die...I am saying...the media in the USA is controlled by liberals who twist and distort what you see and hear in order for you to see things their way.

Not a single paper has printed RECENT photos of this kid...because...it would not keep your interest in this case... Not a single paper will admit that this kid was a marijuana dealer...his friends on facebook all say he had the "best plants"...not a single paper will show you any of his recent photos where he shows off a mouthful of gold teeth....all of his tattoos...not a single paper will tell the news like it really is....and NOT how they want you to think it is.

President King Obama...looked at the FIVE year old photo the media chose to show the Nation...and said..."If I had a son...he would look like Trayvon" So from that comment...should I assume you did not bother to look for the facts in this shooting..or should I assume you want a son who is a 17 year old drug dealing, gold teethed thug whose name on one of his facebook profiles was "wild nigga"...who 'finds" jewelry and burglary tools on the way to school?

A fair and impartial news media in the USA ? One that does not follow the liberal agenda? Is NOT looking to further divide this already fractured Nation?

Definitions.

There was a time when ‘the Dictionary’ (whichever one you had on the shelf in the family parlor) was the final arbiter of definitions. Sadly, that is no longer the case.

Case in point: Congressman Allen West, currently the elected Representative from Florida’s District 22, has been described by cowardly Democrat writers of letters-to-the- editor, as a ‘Bomb thrower’.

Obviously, for older folks who can still recall the gang wars of the Roaring 20’s, the term meant literally, someone who drove past the storefront headquarters of his rival gang in Chicago or New York City in a speeding Packard phaeton - and heaved a bomb through the plate glass window.

Wow. They would be right of course but, they’d be way behind the times. Today, ‘Bomb thrower’ is someone who can be counted on to tell the truth, consistently - - ala Congressman Allen West.

Words have meanings. Definitions have consequences. Oh, for the good ‘ol days.

Same-Sex Marriage

MORT’s Meanderings.

Wow. What a relief. We’ve finally learned what Obama’s multi-year arduous, tortuous ‘evolvement’ hath wrought: The ‘Thoughtful One’ has shared his personal feelings regarding same-sex marriage. And, it’s okay by him.

He courageously admitted that this is a ‘states’ issue so thankfully, he doesn’t have to make any official decisions about it. People don’t realize just how hard it is to make decisions when one is President. Naturally, as one might have guessed, George W. Bush didn’t tell him how tough that part of the job would be. Y’see, only the really tough decisions reach the Oval Office and land on the President’s desk. All the easy stuff is handled by ‘others’ and only the toughest decisions are left for the Prez to decide.

For example, giving a 1.5 billion to the Muslim Brotherhood - - - piece of cake. Deciding to hire the Chinese to manufacture, deliver and install monstrously expensive bridges here in the U.S. - - the decision practically made itself. Sending a couple hundred million to Brazil to help them drill for oil and promising to buy that oil as soon as they dig it up - - no strain, no pain. Let’s do it.

But, giving the okay to ‘get Bin Laden’ – or - deciding about same-sex marriage? These are tough decisions. Regarding the ‘marriage thing’, he had it right years ago but, being the ‘thoughtful one’, he wanted to make certain that the stars were in alignment, the political landscape was favorable, the timing was right – and there were others to blame if his decision didn’t work out well. So, when all these elements fell into place precisely one day after Joe Biden said the wrong thing during an interview that was being recorded – Obama courageously, issued his well masticated decision. It worked out perfectly, just as planned by the ‘Thoughtful One’ - .and a slavish media.

What few people realized as they listened to the President’s haltingly-articulated explanation of his momentous decision, was the part his astonishing grasp of ancient history and Middle Eastern lore had played in the formulation of his brilliant ‘Same-sex’ decision.

Harking back to his early education in Muslim doctrine regarding the morays of human sexual behavior and the unique practices regarding animal husbandry, he recalled the widely-accepted ‘One Man; One Goat’ rule of thumb. From there, it was a brief, logical step to the, ‘Same-sex’ marriage stance. One Man; One Man. One what-ever to another what-ever. Not all that complicated. Just a part of Obama’s Master Plan.

Don’t let anyone kid you though, Presidential decisions are tough.

“I Gave The Order”

Yes, President Obama – you gave the order that represented final approval to initiate the highly-secret operation to, ‘Get Bin Laden’.

Any sitting President would have done the same thing – any President. You had no part in the planning of the operation, which makes sense since that is well below your pay grade as Commander-in-Chief. Aside from that, you’ve had absolutely no practical experience in military matters. The only risk you took personally with regard to this operation was, the slight potential for some political downside in the event of a failed action. However, with the Navy Seal Team always guaranteed to perform as they are trained to do – that risk was minimal.

You’ve never taken the oath as a member of any branch of our Armed Forces. You’ve never been through basic training. Furthermore, with your parental lineage, country of origin and the circumstances surrounding your birth still in question and uncertified, you could never qualify for even the most basic Security Clearance as a member of our military. But weirdly, none of this seems to matter since you are the duly-elected President of the United States – and Heaven help us, the Commander-in-Chief of our military services.

What sticks in my craw and I’m guessing, sticks in the craw of our all-volunteer, active Armed Forces and their families – and most particularly the families of our wounded and deceased veterans, is what you did following the successful operation. First, was your unbelievable stupidity in exposing the individuals who were involved in ‘getting Bin Laden. You rewarded their extraordinary courage and legendary military skills by blowing their cover and rendering them vulnerable to attacks on themselves and their families. In my book – in anybody’s book - that was an act of high treason.

And in what has become one of your more obvious character traits, you added insult to injury by trumpeting this successful military operation as if it were in large part, due to your own tactical brilliance. In actuality Barack old boy, all you did which was what any President would have done, you ‘gave the order’. Well, Golly Gee – how brave of you!

And now, you’ve compromised our national security in the most profound way possible. You’ve opened the door and welcomed the Muslim Brotherhood into the most sensitive agencies and operations in our Federal Government.

Way to go, Mr. Prez. When the blood-thirsty demons of Sharia-Islam are actually ravaging every aspect of our traditional freedoms and savaging every aspect of our form of government – you’ll be able to say with pin-point accuracy, “I gave the order.”

Wounded Warrior Projects and Armed Forces Day

American Legion, Harley Davidson dealer are raising money for the great wounded soldiers.

We have heard that the American Legion Post No. 4 in Billings and Beartooth Harley-Davidson - Buell have teamed up to hold a motorcycle ride and concert later this month to benefit a program that helps injured military veterans and wounded warriors.

This fantastic event is known as the Freedom Ride and Freedom Jam. The event begins at 1 p.m. May 19 known as Armed Forces Day. This Wounded Warriors event will be held at Beartooth Harley, 6900 S. Frontage Road in Montana. The event will raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project. These are the real Heroes. Certain Politicians and Left Wing Commentators have trashed these great heroes yet try and use them for Political purposes.

“It’s for a very important cause,” said one of the event’s organizers, Maria Rivera, who is the American Legion post’s director of club operations. “It’s important to recognize them no just one day, but every day. You can make the best of it by helping your fellow veterans.” These Proud Wounded Warriors are most deserving of our support.

The day begins with a ride from Billings to the Harley dealership in Red Lodge for refreshments. Afterward, the group will ride back and stop for a short time of reflection before parading back into town.

It will continue at the Legion post, 1540 Broadwater Ave., where John Buck and Reckless will perform and the groups will provide dinner.

Collette Haun, Beartooth’s marketing and events director, is helping organize the event and has a son serving in the U.S. Army. She said he has two friends who’ve died and numerous others who’ve been injured.

“When you meet these guys and you see what they’ve given and what they’ve given up, how it affects families, if there’s anything we can do to help, we’re going to step up,” she said.

The fine Americans, Haun and Rivera both said the ultimate goal is to raise awareness for programs like the Wounded Warrior Project and for service members.

The benefit is open to the public. Tickets cost $30 per rider and $10 per passenger. For those wishing to just attend the concert, tickets are $18 in advance and $20 at the door.

Armed Forces Day History

On August 31, 1949, Secretary of Defense Louis Johnson announced the creation of an Armed Forces Day to replace separate Army, Navy and Air Force Days. The single-day celebration stemmed from the unification of the Armed Forces under one department -- the Department of Defense. Each of the military leagues and orders was asked to drop sponsorship of its specific service day in order to celebrate the newly announced Armed Forces Day. The Army, Navy and Air Force leagues adopted the newly formed day. The Marine Corps League declined to drop support for Marine Corps Day but supports Armed Forces Day, too.

Spain Green Jobs Failure

Commissioner Putnam claims renewable energy subsidies create jobs…I beg to differ.

The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services released a report today claiming that the subsidies in H.B. 7117 will generate new tax revenue, put millions back in the pockets of Floridians and support 3,850 jobs over the next five years. However, reality tells a different story than the colorful image painted by this report.

Spain, which has been used as an example of renewable subsidy success by President Obama and is lauded as a renewable energy pioneer, has recently halted all renewable energy production. A 2009 study showed that Spain’s renewable energy subsidies in fact created job losses, not increases, and that for every new “green” job created by government subsidies, 2.2 jobs in other sectors were lost – this at a cost equal to approximately $746,880 per job! Based on Spain’s outcome, if the US was successful at meeting President Obama’s goal of creating 3-5 million “green” jobs, we could expect to lose 6.5-11 million jobs in return. That’s an interesting return on investment don’t you think?

In addition, a 2011 American Enterprise Institute report showed that Spain’s renewable subsidies resulted in corruption including solar energy being magically produced at night and energy sold as solar power that was actually created by diesel generators. A government inspection revealed that out of 30 solar plants only 13 were actually putting electricity onto the grid.

A German Think Tank’s analysis of Germany’s renewable energy subsidies found that each solar power job cost the taxpayers $240,000 and that the country’s renewable subsidies overall resulted in higher energy prices, lost jobs and reduced consumer purchasing power.

According to the Florida Energy Office's 2011 report, Florida has spent more than $40 million subsidizing biofuels since 2006 but we have no operational biofuel plants and are importing our ethanol from the mid-west. The US Federal government subsidized renewable energy to the tune of $14.7 billion just in 2010. However, renewable power accounts for two-percent of Florida’s electric generation and is unlikely to be competitive with traditional energy resources like natural gas or coal within generations. In 2009, Florida handed out millions in renewable technology grants, including $2.5 million to an Ohio company that has never established a Florida presence and laid off half its Ohio workforce in January, and another $2.5 million to a wind-turbine company that filed for bankruptcy last month.

All this aside the Florida legislature and Commissioner Putnam want you to believe that adding more subsidies for renewable energy will encourage renewable energy growth and bring jobs to Florida. Sorry, I’m not buying it.

Obama's son Tyrone Woodfork?

NBC has not learned as they still lack a lick of common sense. The lowlifes at NBC are determined to feed George Zimmerman to the wolves. These idiots like ann curry paste keep tooting the horn for barry Soetoro. Yet Ann curry past was told to her face, that she is not dark enough and does not know of the struggles of a Michelle Obama. Tyrone Woodfork, 20, was charged in Tulsa County District Court with felony first-degree murder, two counts of robbery with a firearm and first-degree burglary.

A week ago, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a black kid named Tyrone Woodfork severely beat an elderly couple. Yes, this Tyrone Coward attacked a Mr. & Mrs. Strait, who had been married for 65 years. Tyrone RAPED Mrs. Strait, and she died of injuries received at his hands. Mr. Strait served in the 101st Airborne during WWII. NO national media carried the story. Tyrone was arrested yesterday. The Cowards in the MSM, Al Sharpton , barry Soetoro, Rev. Wright, Jesse Jackson and Ann Curry sit quietly.

I supposed that if Mr. Strait had shot Tyrone, the whole country would know about the story. As it is, only Mrs. Strait died, so it's not of interest to Brian Williams and the rest of the MSM – Media Supporting Marxism.

Think about it. After 65 years of marriage. After serving our country. After 90 years of life, Mr. Strait has lost his wife to a rapist/murderer. NO ONE in the national media gives a flip. They're interested in their wonderful hero, Trayvon Martin. Could the jewelry that was in Martin’s passion when he was suspended from school be yours? If trayvon was slandering your Daughter, Sister or Mom on Twitter with misogynist statements, would that be okay? I am not saying to shoot him over that yet it goes to the evidence of how Zimmerman perceived him, Martin trying to be a Gangsta.

Those unelected people?

In his latest outrageous attack on one of the three ‘equal’ branches of the Federal Government, the Supreme Court, Obama referred to the nine Justices as ‘those unelected people’.

Now, I ask you - - ‘Where in the pluperfect hell does this Chicago street thug get off, characterizing these nine Supreme Court Justices, two of whom he nominated as, ‘those unelected people’? Has any president ever been so derogatory about the sitting Justices on the Supreme Court bench? Even FDR, who was frustrated by the Court and tried unsuccessfully to pack it with more of his enabling cronies, was never so disrespectful to the Judicial Branch of the Federal Government.

I wonder how Obama, the alleged Constitution ‘professor’, would characterize those 32 (latest count) Obama-appointed Czars who are unelected and therefore, unaccountable to either the Congress or the American people? Would he refer to them as ‘those unelected people’? Or, are they somehow – different?

Then, there’s the Chairman of the Federal Reserve – he is an appointed ‘official’. Would he be one of ‘those unelected people’ also? And, how about sweety-cakes Janet Napolitano - - is she another of ‘those unelected people’? And, the ever-lovin’ Attorney General Eric Holder – does he qualify as one of ‘those unelected people’?

Does all this hypocrisy make you as sick to your stomach as it makes me?

If the Street-Thug-in-Chief blatantly shows this lack of respect for the other two branches of the Federal Government – before he is re-elected (throw-up), one can just imagine how much farther he will go when all restraints are off. And, he feels free to do and say and implement whatever nefarious whims he has been holding behind his back.

It makes my skin crawl to think that there is a possibility that there are enough people in this country – legal and illegal – who could vote this raging narcissist in for another term. That would of course, sound the death knell for the freedoms and way of life that we’ve known in the United States of America, since its founding in 1776.

Four more years? I don’t think so. If Obama wins; we lose!
