This Video is outstanding as it shows a young, smart conservative Black Woman putting the lowlife George Takei in his place. The despicable “Star Trek” actor George Takei made some racist slurs against Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas. So much for the Left Wingers loving free speech. Only if you bash America will the Left Wing embrace you.

The truth is that Conservatives want to see more Minorities become wealthy and self-reliant. However the Liberals, aka Democrats want to keep Black People on the plantation.

“Day of Infamy, 2.0”

A dear friend and true patriot sent an e-mail in which he referred to the Supreme Court’s unfortunate decision released yesterday (6/28/2012), that upheld the Constitutionality of ObamaCare as, another ‘Day of Infamy’. He nailed it with his reference to the Japanese sneak attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.

It has been more than 24 hours since that decision was announced and I am still in a state of shock and disbelief at how the ObamaCare case was deliberately manipulated to achieve such a contorted conclusion, by those in the majority at the Supreme Court.

This is a blatant case of the end justifying the means. Obama wanted this ‘end result’ and the pressure was put on by whatever means it took, to achieve that end.

Will we ever know for certain whether it was bribery, intimidation, mental illness or by what manner of political chicanery, that influenced Chief Justice Roberts to abandon his principles? I doubt it.

Meanwhile, we are left to ponder a path forward that will inevitably lead to a more just ‘end’ arrived at by legitimate means, as we work within the parameters so clearly defined by The Constitution of the United States of America.

We can do this thing. And, God willing, we will.

Obamacare Mandate’s Crush Religious Liberty

Your Religious Liberty is Obamacare's First Casualty!

More than 2,500 Christian leaders have signed a letter opposing Obamcare’s anti-conscience mandate. The letter’s release adds to the most recent furor over the rule’s blatant violation of religious liberty and decries the mandate’s coercion of religious employers to subsidize abortion-inducing drugs, contraceptives, and sterilization regardless of moral or religious objections to such services.

The letter, sponsored by the Family Research Council, explains:

Our country was founded on certain freedoms, the first of which is the freedom of religion. The ability of a religious person to follow their conscience without fearing government intervention has long been a protected right for Americans. It is unfathomable to picture a country that would deny religious freedoms. The letter takes issue with the mandate’s offensively narrow religious exemption that affords a protection of religious liberty only to formal houses of worship—excluding may religious employers like hospitals, schools, and social service organizations. Perhaps most insulting is the Administration’s insinuation that religious belief is merely a private affair that should stay locked behind church doors.

As Richard Land, signatory of the letter and president of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention, explained at a press conference announcing the release of the letter: “[The mandate] is part of an attempt to atrophy, to nullify, to confine and constrain, and to emasculate and neuter religious freedom down to freedom of worship.”

Increasing attempts to privatize religion, relegating faith to worship services and personal thoughts, disregard the important role faith plays in public life and ignores the work that many faith-based institutions do in sustaining civil society. “What our forefathers protected is freedom of conscience, freedom of religion,” Land continued. “That is—the freedom to propagate our faith, to take our faith outside the walls of our home, outside the walls of our church.”

A narrowing view of religion that refuses to protect faith-based organizations’ ability to act in accordance with deeply held beliefs—the same beliefs that spur them to action in the first place—undermines a robust protection of religious liberty.

As Heritage’s Ryan Messmore writes:

Religious freedom is not just for churches. For many individuals and organizations, losing the ability to abide by their religious convictions in carrying out their work imperils their religious identity. It also threatens the effectiveness of their work and the services they provide for those in need. A more comprehensive, robust conception of religion is an important anchor for vigorous, wide-ranging religious freedom—freedom not merely to believe or teach certain doctrines, but to live out one’s faith in all aspects of life. The letter’s 2,500 signatories join an ever-expanding list of individuals and organizations from diverse faith backgrounds who have denounced the mandate’s assault on religious liberty. Just this week, the Alliance Defense Fund filed two lawsuits against the Obama Administration on behalf of Geneva College, a small Pennsylvania school affiliated with the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America, and Louisiana College, a Southern Baptist school.

Despite the assertions of some pundits and politicians who herald the mandate as supporting “women’s health,” many women have also voiced opposition to the rule’s serious infringement of religious freedom.

Helen Alvaré, associate professor of law at George Mason University, and Kim Daniels, former counsel at the Thomas More Law Center, also released a letter this week signed by more than 750 women in opposition to the anti-conscience mandate. The letter’s bipartisan signatories are as diverse as they are numerous, including businesswomen, writers, lawyers, professors, nurses, teachers, and many others.

“No one speaks for all women on these issues,” the letter states. “Those who purport to do so are simply attempting to deflect attention from the serious religious liberty issues currently at stake.”



Helen M. Alvaré is an Associate Professor of Law who prior to joining the George Mason faculty was an associate professor at Catholic University's Columbus School of Law. Professor Alvaré received her law degree at Cornell University in 1984 and a master's degree in systematic theology from The Catholic University of America in 1989.

Professor Alvaré practiced with the Philadelphia law firm of Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young, specializing in commercial litigation and free exercise of religion matters. For three years, she worked at the Office of General Counsel for the National Conference of Catholic Bishops, where she drafted amicus briefs in leading U.S. Supreme Court cases concerning abortion, euthanasia and the Establishment Clause. For the next ten years, she worked with the Secretariat for Pro-Life Activities at the NCCB. There, she lobbied, testified before federal congressional committees, addressed university audiences, and appeared on hundreds of television and radio programs on behalf of the U.S. Catholic bishops. She also assisted the Holy See on matters concerning women, marriage and the family, and respect for human life.

Professor Alvaré chaired the commission investigating clerical abuse in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and is an advisor to Pope Benedict XVI's Pontifical Council for the Laity, as well as an ABC News consultant. Her scholarship regularly treats current controversies about marriage, parenting, and the new reproductive technologies.

I never realized pregnancy is a disease.
It must be, according to the President.
Apparently contraception is the preventative method and
the day after pill is a treatment, while abortion is the cure,
putting it in his perspective.

If I am assumed to be wrong, how come this new plan comes under
health insurance? I thought health insurance is supposed to defray
medical treatment when you are seriously ill.

The President assures us his plan will not cost the taxpayer a
anything. He said he will make the insurance companies absorb the
cost and distribute the above services for free. Really?
When the bottom line of any company suffers, the cost of
doing business with them comes with an increase in prices.

That's a fact!

President Obama has many different hidden taxes....'a rose by
any other name is still a rose.'
Speaking about money, the word 'free' should be struck out of
any monetary reference, because nothing is ever free! There
is always somebody who has to pay.

This administration has given the poor a distorted sense of
values, based on wealth distribution and entitlement.
Also, based on the damage President Obama is creating in the
community of religion, he lends credence to suspicions of him being
a pseudo Christian with radical Islamic leaning because, Christians
and other legitimate religions deem life sacred, where as radical
Islam does not. Neither does he or his proposals.

Not only is he antagonizing Christian tenets, he is instigating class conflict,
hoping it will gain him four more years, to finish the changes and destruction
of the America our founders envisioned, and the hope and dreams it fulfilled
for our legally immigrated ancestors.

American Hero Andrew Breitbart Dead at 43

In Memoriam: Andrew Breitbart (1969-2012)

Andrew Breitbart has passed away and this is a huge tragedy. We, as American Conservatives have lost a special person who fought hard for America. Andrew Breitbart was a Hero. America has deteriorated when we talk about the MSM. The MSM are now just Media Supporting Marxism. Andrew would attack this Politically Correct disaster at every turn.

Andrew Breitbart was one a few key voices on our side that would speak up against the vile Left Wing. Andrew Breitbart was attacked over and over and he kept fighting for America. Andrew Breitbart found the Truth and showed it to America, even if it was ugly. Look at how he exposed the racist Shirley Sherrod and her lowlife Husband. These People have stolen millions from America as they and others posed as Black Farmers. The only thing many of this Crowd grew was racism.

I respected Andrew Breitbart for many reasons. He grew up in California and could have become the typical Liberal out there. You know the California Liberal who wants poor people taken care of, just not with their money and keep them out of the Liberals neighborhood. Andrew Breitbart heard Rush Limbaugh and had an awakening of sorts. This awakening ended up being very valuable for Conservatives in America. Andrew Breitbart went on to attack Barrack Obama's ACORN and many other left wing racist groups.

Breitbart was a prolific commentator who founded several websites devoted to covering politics, entertainment and everything in between. Earlier in his career, he worked for the Drudge Report before breaking off to start his own outlets -- including Big Government, Big Hollywood and Breitbart.tv.

The statement below is on his sites and quoted the concluding passage from his book, Righteous Indignation.

"I love my job. I love fighting for what I believe in. I love having fun while doing it. I love reporting stories that the Complex refuses to report. I love fighting back, I love finding allies, and-famously-I enjoy making enemies. Three years ago, I was mostly a behind-the-scenes guy who linked to stuff on a very popular website. I always wondered what it would be like to enter the public realm to fight for what I believe in. I've lost friends, perhaps dozens. But I've gained hundreds, thousands -- who knows? -- of allies. At the end of the day, I can look at myself in the mirror, and I sleep very well at night."

This statement from a Hero said: "Andrew is at rest, yet the Happy Warrior lives on. He lives on in each of the real Conservative Americans”.

Obama's Economic Report Card

Recently, the Obama Fan Club, also known as the mainstream media, proudly proclaimed that the Obama stimulus worked and that we have turned the corner. According to them, the unemployment rate is down and Obama has turned around the economy he inherited from Bush. Naturally, it’s always Bush’s fault.
However, a review of the latest statistics from the BLS reveal how off the above claims are.
In February 2009 the unemployment rate was 8.3%. The current unemployment rate is the same 8.3% despite spending $825 billion (the latest BLS figures) on stimulus that did not stimulate. What’s even more telling is what has happened to the number of long-term unemployed workers – those who have not been able to find any work in 27 months or more. The latest BLS figures for the long-term unemployed are that they now stand at 5.5 million, an increase of 83%.
Some other interesting statistics showing what has happened since Obama took office:

• Median annual household income has dropped by about 7% under Obama’s stewardship.

• The national debt has increased by 41% and now stands at $15.4 trillion.

• The civilian workforce has decreased by 126,000 unlike the increases that have happened when the economy recovers.



But you would never know this if you read the newspapers or watched NBC news. According to them everything is coming up roses.

Hello, Tea Party:

It has been my observation that very few of the folks I’ve met ‘On the Corner’ with the Ft. Lauderdale TeaParty or at other gatherings of TeaParty folks, are political junkies.

For the most part, they are just plain patriotic American citizens who began to feel uneasy with the policies and direction of Obama & Co. and finally arrived at a point when they realized that our beloved nation and the traditional freedoms we’ve enjoyed since the founding of this country, were being stolen from us. Stolen by our very own elected administration and by our Government, at all levels. These citizens became ‘itchy’, looked around and found that they were not itching alone. They discovered their closest Tea Party group, became active – and began to open their eyes and ears to some of the painful facts of political life. They came alive; they became involved.

Fast forward to the 2010 election and the stunning achievement of Conservatism taking over the U.S. House of Representatives and replacing some Democrats with of all things - Republicans. We were all flushed with this signal victory over one half the Legislative Branch. Score a big one for the Tea Party. And so many folks, having sent their candidate to Wash, DC, curtailed their activism or slowed their involvement. They sat back to await their victory to bear fruit.

Fast forward again, to the results of several controversial bills voted-on in the House by recently-elected ‘Tea Party’ freshmen. Supporters began to question the votes cast by ‘our’ Reps in Congress. Their votes differed from the gut feelings and unyielding positions of many of the Tea Partiers who voted them into office. Some expressed dismay and wondered aloud, “What the hell is going on, here?”

What was and is going on here, is that the Tea Party freshman are feeling the pressure from the ‘old boy network’ and the boiling cauldron that is, Washington politics. While it is perfectly true that we have every right to expect that each and every one of them will locate his or her backbone and core principles - and act accordingly, it up to each and every one of us as their constituents, to demonstrate to them our faith and support. It is up to us to back them up and to contact them directly to let them know in clear, concise, straight-forward language without rancor, that we are seriously interested in what they are doing. It is called, ‘interaction’. We have that obligation as voting citizens.

We are not privy to all the information they receive, either public or classified. We are not always aware of the pressures they are confronted with on a daily basis. We have no clue as to what other influences might be pressing them. They need to know that we are right behind them. Still, the same Team that voting them into office to represent us. We cannot expect them to perform with honor as our representatives, unless we stay in close touch with them and keep them aware of how we are feeling about the issues they are dealing with. And, we must let them know clearly, what we expect of them. We might not always see them vote as we would like but, there can be no space between we who elected them and those whom we’ve sent to Washington. We owe them that. We owe that to our nation. We owe that to ourselves.

So, I say to my Tea Party brothers and sisters: Stay involved. Stay with our Tea Party ‘freshmen’ and do what it takes to make those men and women, our Tea Party ‘sophomores’.

Steady. Steady.

Convenient Lies from Al Gore

Dear Editor of the Sin Sentinel,

Your front page headline article (Sun. Nov. 20), "The Signs of Global
Warming", touting the signs of man-made global warming, is totally
slanted toward the "environmental whacko" projection of fraudulent
man-made global warming.

A perfect example of this fraud can be illustrated by that global warming
guru, Al Gore, who proclaimed that due to the the melting of the polar
ice-caps, most all cities abutting the oceans, will be flooded out due
to the oceans reaching 20 ft. above the present sea levels.

So what does the pseudo-scientist, Al Gore do, he buys property along
the California coastline. Maybe he knows something we don't know or
that he won't tell us the truth?

That must be his "Inconvenient Truth" or is it a "Convenient Lie".
Let's have an article, in the future, by some reputable global warming
"deniers", of which there are thousands. The Sun-Sentinel always
tries to be fair and balanced, right?

Twenty-five years later, on May 23, 1944, near Carano , Italy , Van T. Barfoot, who had enlisted in the US Army in 1940, set out to flank German machine gun positions from which fire was coming down on his fellow soldiers. He advanced through a minefield, took out three enemy machine gun positions and returned with 17 prisoners of war.

If that wasn't enough for a day's work, he later took on and destroyed three German tanks sent to retake the machine gun positions.

That probably didn't make much news either, given the scope of the war, but it did earn Van T. Barfoot, who retired as a colonel after also serving in Korea and Vietnam, a Congressional Medal of Honor.

What did make news last week was a neighborhood association's quibble with how the 90-year-old veteran chose to fly the American flag outside his suburban Virginia home. Seems the rules said a flag could be flown on a house mounted bracket, but, for decorum, items such as Barfoot's 21-foot flagpole were unsuitable.



He had been denied a permit for the pole, erected it anyway and was facing court action if he didn't take it down. Since the story made national TV, the neighborhood association has rethought its position and agreed to indulge this old hero who dwells among them.

"In the time I have left I plan to continue to fly the American flag without interference," Barfoot told The Associated Press.

As well he should.

And if any of his neighbors still takes a notion to contest him, they might want to read his Medal of Honor citation. It indicates he's not real good at backing down.

Van T. Barfoot's Medal of Honor citation was the 1944 Medal of Honor citation, listed with the National Medal of Honor Society, is for Second Lieutenant Van T. Barfoot, 157th Infantry, 45th Infantry.

"For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of life above and beyond the call of duty on 23 May 1944, near Carano , Italy . With his platoon heavily engaged during an assault against forces well entrenched on commanding ground, 2d Lt. Barfoot moved off alone upon the enemy left flank. He crawled to the proximity of 1 machine gun nest and made a direct hit on it with a hand grenade, killing 2 and wounding 3 Germans. He continued along the German defense line to another machine gun emplacement, and with his tommygun killed 2 and captured 3 soldiers. Members of another enemy machine gun crew then abandoned their position and gave themselves up to Sgt. Barfoot. Leaving the prisoners for his support squad to pick up, he proceeded to mop up positions in the immediate area, capturing more prisoners and bringing his total count to 17. Later that day, after he had reorganized his men and consolidated the newly captured ground, the enemy launched a fierce armored counterattack directly at his platoon positions. Securing a bazooka, Sgt. Barfoot took up an exposed position directly in front of 3 advancing Mark VI tanks. From a distance of 75 yards his first shot destroyed the track of the leading tank, effectively disabling it, while the other 2 changed direction toward the flank.. As the crew of the disabled tank dismounted, Sgt. Barfoot killed 3 of them with his tommygun. He continued onward into enemy terrain and destroyed a recently abandoned German fieldpiece with a demolition charge placed in the breech. While returning to his platoon position, Sgt. Barfoot, though greatly fatigued by his Herculean efforts, assisted 2 of his seriously wounded men 1,700 yards to a position of safety. Sgt. Barfoot's extraordinary heroism, demonstration of magnificent valor, and aggressive determination in the face of point blank fire are a perpetual inspiration to his fellow soldiers."

The “Dirty Little Secret Behind the Chevy Volt”…. The Chevy Volt MUST NOT be allowed to fail! The Rest of the Story. This is what happens when the Marxist Community Organizer and his Regime try to run (DESTROY) the marketplace.

Patrick Michaels is a senior fellow in Environmental Studies at the Cato Institute and the editor of the forthcoming Climate Coup: Global Warming’s Invasion of our Government and our Lives, as well as the author of several other books on global warming.

His Forbes column on the Chevy Volt is a case study in the nexus between big government corruption and big business rent-seeking.

Michaels briefly recaps the well-known consumer fraud in which GM has touted the Volt as an all-electric mass production vehicle on the supposed basis of which its sales receive a $7,500 taxpayer subsidy, which still renders it overpriced and unmarketable.

Michaels notes that “sales are anemic: 326 in December, 321 in January, and 281 in February.”

There seems to be a trend here.

Michaels adds that GM has announced a production run of 100,000 in the first two years and asks what appears to be a rhetorical question: “Who is going to buy all these cars?”

But wait! Keep hope alive! There is a positive answer to the question.

Jeffrey Immelt’s GE will buy a boatload of those uneconomic GM cars. Here the case study opens onto the inevitable political angle: Recently, President B. Hussein Obama selected General Electric CEO Jeffrey Immelt to chair his Economic Advisory Board.

GE is also awash in windmills waiting to be subsidized so they can provide unreliable, expensive power.

Consequently, and soon after his appointment, Immelt announced that GE will buy 50,000 Volts in the next two years, or half the total produced.

Assuming the corporation qualifies for the same tax credit, we (you and me) just shelled out $375,000,000 to a company to buy cars that no one else wants, so that GM will not tank and produce even more cars that no one wants. And this guy is the chair of Obama’s Economic Advisory Board?

But of course. Michaels includes this hilarious detail in his case study:

In a telling attempt to preserve battery power, the heater is exceedingly weak. Consumer Reports their tests averaged a paltry 25 miles of electric-only running, in part because it was testing in cold Connecticut. (The [GM] engineer at the Auto Show said cold weather would have little effect.) It will be interesting to see what the range is on a hot, traffic-jammed summer day, when the air conditioner will really tax the batteries. When the gas engine came on, Consumer Reports got about 30 miles to the gallon of premium fuel; which, in terms of additional cost of high-test gas, drives the effective mileage closer to 27 mpg. A conventional Honda Accord, which seats 5 (instead of the Volt’s 4), gets 34 mpg on the highway, and costs less than half of what CR paid, even with the tax break.

The story of the GM Volt deserves a place in the Harvard Business School curriculum….but of course, it won’t. It’s a classic tale of the GOVERNMENT deciding what the public needs, not the marketplace.

Alas! Nearly three years have passed and finally I can say,
the President did something right.

His poll numbers have gone up, not because of anything he
personally devised. The policies of the previous administration
is propping him up, even though he vehemently denounced them.
The tedious and painstaking work of the intelligence agencies
during Bush's tenure started four years ago, slowly began to take
form and bear fruit. In spite of the criticism and denouncing the
existence of Guantanamo and the methods used to interrogate by
the main stream media and pre-president campaigning Obama, it
works! In fact everything President Bush did they said was wrong
is now being adopted by Obama because the view from the Oval
office induces a different slant in dealing with Islamo-Fascist terror
from election mode.

Someway or another the media and White House spinners will make
it appear it is Barack Obama's genius that created and formed the
whole thing.

The praise I cede to President Obama is for not screwing it up as
Jimmy Carter did during the embassy caper in Iran.

35 States file lawsuit against the Federal Government

Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention.

This will take less than thirty seconds to read. If you agree, please pass it on.

This is an idea that we should address.

For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform... in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop.

If each person that receives this will forward it on to 20 people, in three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message.. This is one proposal that really should be passed around.

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States."
