JOHN LEWIS, ELIJAH CUMMINGS & MAXINE WATERS: Ranging from the sublime to 
the ridiculous in that order, choosing to protest the President’s State of the Union 
speech because of their warped perception that he is a racist. That there is no basis 
for their accusation doesn’t seem to bother them even a little bit.

First, the ridiculous: A U. S. Representative from California, Maxine ‘Unhinged’ 
Waters, is a potty-mouth that continuously spews a stream of gross invectives,
 bald-faced lies and vicious name-calling at our duly-elected President.  If she
 weren’t black, female and ugly as sin, no one would pay attention but, she is black,
 female, ugly as sin and by the way, a Member of the U. S. House of Reps.  It follows
 that the complicit, totally-biased media laps it up and so, we are confronted with
 her cartoonish image and grotesque, blathering audio on TV screens, 24/7.

Then, a U. S. Representative from Maryland, Elijah Cummings, cannot put two
 words together without one or more of them being ‘racism’.  He inhales & exhales
 opposition.  It’s what he does.  He is so partisan that it is laughably sad.

And formerly sublime John Lewis, a U. S. Representative from Georgia, claims that
 President Trump has racism in his DNA.  Lewis, an early cohort of Martin Luther 
King, had been viewed down through the years as a man with a conscience. 
 However, over the last decade or so, he has morphed into a caricature of his 
former stature as he sullies his own history every time he opens his mouth.

Question:  Precisely how does this trio of race-hustling mal-contents and the 
clueless, careless, something-for-nothing crowd that continues to re-elect them to
 the U. S. Congress, imagine that they are contributing anything but chaos to the
 national discourse?  Their combined contribution rivals the California mudslides.

Democrats Continue to Rewrite History

Why would anyone trust the Democrats especially Law Abiding Black Citizens. We must consider the history of the Democrat Party and their love for Slavery. Conservatives inform Americans that the Democrat Party, especially this Obama Regime, wants to make the majority of American dependent on Big Government.

Yes the Marxist Regime wants to take away your Rights and Liberty and leave you helpless for when an Obama Voter decides to put down their crack pipe and invade your home. In other words the majority of Law Abiding, LEGAL Americans would be slaves.

We want to thank the Wall Street Journal for the information collected below. This is information that the Democrat Party tried to erase when they elected a Community Organizer who is economically illiterate.


■ There is no reference to the number of Democratic Party platforms supporting slavery. There were six from 1840 through 1860.
■ There is no reference to the number of Democratic presidents who owned slaves. There were seven from 1800 through 1861
■ There is no reference to the number of Democratic Party platforms that either supported segregation outright or were silent on the subject. There were 20, from 1868 through 1948.
■ There is no reference to "Jim Crow" as in "Jim Crow laws," nor is there reference to the role Democrats played in creating them. These were the post-Civil War laws passed enthusiastically by Democrats in that pesky 52-year part of the DNC's missing years. These laws segregated public schools, public transportation, restaurants, rest rooms and public places in general (everything from water coolers to beaches). The reason Rosa Parks became famous is that she sat in the "whites only" front section of a bus, the "whites only" designation the direct result of Democrats.
■ There is no reference to the formation of the Ku Klux Klan, which, according to Columbia University historian Eric Foner, became "a military force serving the interests of the Democratic Party." Nor is there reference to University of North Carolina historian Allen Trelease's description of the Klan as the "terrorist arm of the Democratic Party."
■ There is no reference to the fact Democrats opposed the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments to the Constitution. The 13th banned slavery. The 14th effectively overturned the infamous 1857 Dred Scott decision (made by Democratic pro-slavery Supreme Court justices) by guaranteeing due process and equal protection to former slaves. The 15th gave black Americans the right to vote.
■ There is no reference to the fact that Democrats opposed the Civil Rights Act of 1866. It was passed by the Republican Congress over the veto of President Andrew Johnson, who had been a Democrat before joining Lincoln's ticket in 1864. The law was designed to provide blacks with the right to own private property, sign contracts, sue and serve as witnesses in a legal proceeding.
■ There is no reference to the Democrats' opposition to the Civil Rights Act of 1875. It was passed by a Republican Congress and signed into law by President Ulysses Grant. The law prohibited racial discrimination in public places and public accommodations.
■ There is no reference to the Democrats' 1904 platform, which devotes a section to "Sectional and Racial Agitation," claiming the GOP's protests against segregation and the denial of voting rights to blacks sought to "revive the dead and hateful race and sectional animosities in any part of our common country," which in turn "means confusion, distraction of business, and the reopening of wounds now happily healed."
■ There is no reference to four Democratic platforms, 1908-20, that are silent on blacks, segregation, lynching and voting rights as racial problems in the country mount. By contrast the GOP platforms of those years specifically address "Rights of the Negro" (1908), oppose lynching (in 1912, 1920, 1924, 1928) and, as the New Deal kicks in, speak out about the dangers of making blacks "wards of the state."
■ There is no reference to the Democratic Convention of 1924, known to history as the "Klanbake." The 103-ballot convention was held in Madison Square Garden. Hundreds of delegates were members of the Ku Klux Klan, the Klan so powerful that a plank condemning Klan violence was defeated outright. To celebrate, the Klan staged a rally with 10,000 hooded Klansmen in a field in New Jersey directly across the Hudson from the site of the convention. Attended by hundreds of cheering convention delegates, the rally featured burning crosses and calls for violence against African-Americans and Catholics.
■ There is no reference to the fact that it was Democrats who segregated the federal government, at the direction of President Woodrow Wilson upon taking office in 1913. There \is a reference to the fact that President Harry Truman integrated the military after World War II.
■ There is reference to the fact that Democrats created the Federal Reserve Board, passed labor and child welfare laws, and created Social Security with Wilson's New Freedom and FDR's New Deal. There is no mention that these programs were created as the result of an agreement to ignore segregation and the lynching of blacks. Neither is there a reference to the thousands of local officials, state legislators, state governors, U.S. congressmen and U.S. senators who were elected as supporters of slavery and then segregation between 1800 and 1965. Nor is there reference to the deal with the devil that left segregation and lynching as a way of life in return for election support for three post-Civil War Democratic presidents, Grover Cleveland, Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt.
■ There is no reference that three-fourths of the opposition to the 1964 Civil Rights Bill in the U.S. House came from Democrats, or that 80% of the "nay" vote in the Senate came from Democrats. Certainly there is no reference to the fact that the opposition included future Democratic Senate leader Robert Byrd of West Virginia (a former Klan member) and Tennessee Senator Albert Gore Sr., father of Vice President Al Gore.
■ Last but certainly not least, there is no reference to the fact that Birmingham, Ala., Public Safety Commissioner Bull Connor, who infamously unleashed dogs and fire hoses on civil rights protestors, was in fact--yes indeed--a member of both the Democratic National Committee and the Ku Klux Klan.

ObamaCare includes Racial Preferences and Death Panels for Senior Citizens

The New Year starts with a bang as Obamacare aka obamatax kicks in. Obamacare can get rid of the People Obama hates the most. Barry Obama can get rid of Old White People in one fell swoop with Obamacare. The disgusting Marxist Regime has Death Panels and racial preferences loaded up in Obamatax. Should we call it Soetorotax and Soetorocare now?

Yes it is true that ObamaCare includes racial preferences, called "priorities" in the law. When the first version of ObamaCare appeared in a bill, I wrote about the racial preferences in it here for American Thinker on July 21, 2009. Now that we have a final version of the law, it is reasonably safe to elaborate how those preferences have evolved.

Under ObamaCare, if a medical or dental school wants to increase its chances of receiving many different kinds of grants and contracts from the federal government, it should "have a record of training individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups" or "from underrepresented minorities." This is because ObamaCare requires the secretary of health and human services to give priority to the entities that have demonstrated such a record in the awarding of these grants and contracts to medical and dental schools and other entities.

ObamaCare does not state what would qualify as a "record" of such training, so we can expect medical and dental schools and the other entities to do whatever they think they can get away with to train as many "individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups" or "from underrepresented minorities" as necessary to have a better "record" in this regard than their competitors. Soetorocare or ObamaCare creates a significant financial incentive for medical and dental schools and other entities to lower admission standards for "individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups" or "from underrepresented minorities" if that is what it takes to have the winning "record" of such training.

In Section 5301, ObamaCare states that the HHS secretary:

... may make grants to, or enter into contracts with, ... [a] school of medicine or osteopathic medicine ... which the Secretary has determined is capable of carrying out such grant or contract --

(A) to plan, develop, operate, or participate in an accredited professional training program, including an accredited residency or internship program in the field of family medicine, general internal medicine, or general pediatrics for medical students, interns, residents, or practicing physicians as defined by the Secretary[.]

ObamaCare then states that the "[s]ecretary may make grants to or enter into contracts with accredited schools of medicine or osteopathic medicine to establish, maintain, or improve ... programs that improve clinical teaching and research in" the fields defined above, or "programs that integrate academic administrative units in" the fields defined above "to enhance interdisciplinary recruitment, training, and faculty development."

In a subsection entitled "Priorities in Making Awards," ObamaCare states: "In awarding grants or contracts under" the paragraphs quoted above, "the Secretary shall give priority to qualified applicants that ... have a record of training individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups[.]"

ObamaCare's race-based "priorities" extend to dental education as well. Section 5303 of ObamaCare states that the "[s]ecretary may make grants to, or enter into contracts with, a school of dentistry, public or nonprofit private hospital, or a public or private nonprofit entity" for the following purposes:

(A) to plan, develop, and operate, or participate in, an approved professional training program in the field of general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, or public health dentistry for dental students, residents, practicing dentists, dental hygienists, or other approved primary care dental trainees, that emphasizes training for general, pediatric, or public health dentistry;

(B) to provide financial assistance to dental students, residents, practicing dentists, and dental hygiene students who are in need thereof, who are participants in any such program, and who plan to work in the practice of general, pediatric, public heath dentistry, or dental hygiene;

(C) to plan, develop, and operate a program for the training of oral health care providers who plan to teach in general, pediatric, public health dentistry, or dental hygiene;

(D) to provide financial assistance in the form of traineeships and fellowships to dentists who plan to teach or are teaching in general, pediatric, or public health dentistry;

(F) to meet the costs of projects to establish, maintain, or improve predoctoral and postdoctoral training in primary care programs[.]

In a subsection entitled "Priorities in Making Awards" ObamaCare states: "With respect to training provided for under this section, the Secretary shall give priority in awarding grants or contracts to the following ... [q]ualified applicants that have a record of training individuals who are ... from underrepresented minorities."

Apart from the legality of such "priorities" under the U.S. Constitution and the 1964 Civil Rights Act, and the unfairness to those who are not "individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups" or "from underrepresented minorities," ObamaCare will foster the racial preference or "priority" climate that continues to stigmatize and demean those individuals who receive the preferences or "priorities." For example, if you know nothing else about two university students, except that one was probably admitted under a program where intellectual standards were reduced and the student received a preference for being the child of an alumnus, and the other was admitted under more rigorous intellectual standards without receiving any non-merit-based preference, what are you going to think about these two students? Is the answer any different when the preference is based on race rather than an alumni relationship?

A non-merit-based preference program based on an individual's physical appearance or surname is no less a "badge of inferiority" than the one condemned in Brown v. Board of Education. Thanks to ObamaCare's racial preference or "priority" program, which provides a financial incentive for medical and dental schools to lower admission standards for "individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups" or "from underrepresented minorities," those individuals at these medical and dental schools and other entities, including those who deserved admission without the racial preference or "priority," will wear that badge.

Anyone over 70 will not receive curative care under the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare)"), which has the explicit task of reducing the rate of growth in Medicare expenditures. It will implement the rationing by setti...ng Medicare reimbursement rates to physicians and hospitals for medical procedures, therapies, drugs and so forth. By setting reimbursement rates prohibitively low, IPAB will have a strangle hold on what treatement is provided to which "units." Although the reimbursement rates established by IPAB are technically only “recommendations,” under the law these “recommendations” automatically go into effect unless Congress overrules the agency’s decisions, a highly unlikely occurrence.

The IPAB rationing board will have unprecedented control over patients’ personal medical decisions, but limited medical expertise. ObamaCare limits IPAB's membership of doctors who have real experience caring for patients, selecting instead numbers-crunchers focused only on costs.

When the Trayvon Martin shooting first became national news, America's all-Jew media portrayed Trayvon as someone with a clean record and as an “A and B” student at school. This image helped build up mass support for Trayvon among Blacks and many Whites, who were convinced that Zimmerman was out hunting down a Black child.

Almost every day since the story broke, some negative news about Trayvon has come out, which has picked away at that squeaky clean image, we were first sold. The first thing to go was the initial image of Trayvon that the media provided. Pictures of Trayvon when he was a happy, much more innocent 11 year old child were widely circulated and some people probably still think that was the person, who was shot down. It turns out that Trayvon was six foot three inches tall, half a foot taller than Zimmerman. A police estimate of Trayvon’s weight put it at 160.lbs, not the “140.lbs” endlessly repeated by the liberal media. Considering that Trayvon was a high school football player, he probably weighed even more than 160.lbs, and he was much athletic than the overweight Zimmerman. A picture of Trayvon when he was about 15 wearing a hoodie emerged, which looked a lot less innocent, and then recent pictures of Trayvon emerged sporting a gold grill (popular among gang-bangers).

The far Left came out denying that the latest pictures of Trayvon were real, but then someone hacked into Trayvon’s twitter account and discovered that one of his pictures with the gold grill was the same one he used on his Twitter account. The Daily Caller has this picture and some of his recent tweets published here.

Of course, looking like a full-grown gangster is one thing, but how was Trayvon’s behavior? Well, it turns out Trayvon was not behaving all that well either. It came out relatively early that Trayvon was on suspension from school for something. The liberal media was suspiciously quiet about what he had been suspended for. Several liberal sources lied about the suspension and said it was for “tardiness”. After about four days, the truth finally came out. This article mentions that Trayvon was caught with a bag that had contained marijuana and which still had traces of it. Trayvon had either used all the marijuana in the bag or he had sold all the marijuana.

An article from the Wagist reports “To learn more about Trayvon’s character, we have to look to his friends and family to offer clues. Unfortunately, it seems as if most people who knew him are intent on cleaning up his image, rather than discussing what Trayvon was really like…. It seems that Tray was also on Twitter, but his account seems to have been recently deleted by his family or friends. His screen name was ‘@NO_LIMIT_—–’ (See the article for his full Twitter name, which is omitted here since it’s a bit of a racial slur) …Another post makes reference to Trayvon having ‘swung on a bus driver’ a few days before he died… There is also fairly direct evidence that Trayvon may have been a small-time drug-dealer.”

So Trayvon swung at a bus driver and may have been a part time drug-dealer according to twitter messages. I wonder if Trayvon’s defenders will try to make excuses for him taking a swing at that bus driver. Sane people meanwhile are spotting a trend of anti-social behavior that led Trayvon to assault Zimmerman.

Shortly after the real reason for Trayvon’s suspension came out, the Miami Herald reported that there were “multiple suspensions” on Trayvon’s record. Even more important, the Miami Herald article reports “In October, a school police investigator said he saw Trayvon on the school surveillance camera in an unauthorized area ‘hiding and being suspicious.’ Then he said he saw Trayvon mark up a door with ‘W.T.F’ — an acronym for ‘what the f—.’ The officer said he found Trayvon the next day and went through his book bag in search of the graffiti marker.”

“Instead the officer reported he found women’s jewelry and a screwdriver that he described as a ‘burglary tool,’ according to a Miami-Dade Schools Police report obtained by The Miami Herald….”

“Trayvon’s backpack contained 12 pieces of jewelry, in addition to a watch and a large flathead screwdriver, according to the report, which described silver wedding bands and earrings with diamonds.”

“Trayvon was asked if the jewelry belonged to his family or a girlfriend.”

“’Martin replied it’s not mine. A friend gave it to me,’ he responded, according to the report. Trayvon declined to name the friend.”

“Trayvon was not disciplined because of the discovery, but was instead suspended for graffiti, according to the report. School police impounded the jewelry and sent photos of the items to detectives at Miami-Dade police for further investigation.”

This revelation is extremely important when you consider that George Zimmerman claimed to have seen Trayvon casing homes in the neighborhood for future burglaries. Trayvon had “burglary tools” and women’s diamond earings and wedding bands, which were burglarized from somewhere.

It also gives Trayvon a much bigger motive to violently assault Zimmerman, who had seen him casing the homes and who wanted the police to question Trayvon. If the police found Trayvon and took his fingerprints, then these could have been used to compare with recent burglaries in the neighborhood.

I wonder what Trayvon’s defenders will say when the jewelry that was in his backpack is matched up with missing jewelry from burglaries, possibly including burglaries from the gated community where his dad was living.

The far Left continues to believe American voters are not smart enough to grasp the diversionary tactics it employs to distract us from the issues our President just doesn’t want to talk about – issues that affect us all every day and must be addressed.

Exhibit A in these diversionary tactics is an absurd new attack ad President Obama has released taking my comments out of context. I’m not running for any office, but I’m more than happy to accept the dubious honor of being Barack Obama’s “enemy of the week” if that includes the opportunity to debate him on the issues Americans are actually concerned about. (Remember when I said you don’t need a title to make a difference?)

Just off the top of my head, a few of these concerning issues include: a debt crisis that has us hurtling towards a Greek-style collapse, entitlement programs going bankrupt, a credit downgrade for the first time in our history, a government takeover of the health care industry that makes care more expensive and puts a rationing panel of faceless bureaucrats between you and your doctor (aka a “death panel”), $4 and $5 gas at the pump exacerbated by an anti-drilling agenda that rejects good paying energy sector jobs and makes us more dependent on dangerous foreign regimes, a war in Afghanistan that seems unfocused and unending, a global presidential apology tour that’s made us look feeble and ridiculous, a housing market in the tank, the longest streak of high unemployment since World War II, private-sector job creators and industry strangled by burdensome regulations and an out-of-control Obama EPA, an attack on the Constitutional protection of religious liberty, an attack on private industry in right-to-work states, crony capitalism run amok in an administration in bed with their favored cronies to the detriment of genuine free market capitalism, green energy pay-to-play kickbacks to Obama campaign donors, and a Justice Department still stonewalling on a bungled operation that armed violent Mexican drug lords and led to the deaths of hundreds of innocent people.

I’m sure I missed a few things, but the list is just for starters. Along with millions of others, I’m willing and free to discuss these issues with the President anywhere, anytime; and I’m sure any of the four patriots currently running for the GOP nomination would also welcome the opportunity to talk about the problems everyday Americans face due to the abject failure of our current administration’s policies. The President will dismiss all of these problems by saying, “Well, uh, ‘change isn’t easy.’” But considering that candidate Obama promised to turn back the waters and heal the planet, the American people had at least a reasonable expectation that, at the bare minimum, he wouldn’t bankrupt our country…

Alan Dershowitz Finds Anti-Semitism With Obama Friends

Alan Dershowitz, the liberal Democrat and law professor at Harvard University has a good reason to think that Media Matters for America is harboring antisemitism within its heart. M.J. Rosenberg at Media Matters is the particular object of the Harvard professor’s ire. He has a long history of questioning the loyalties of Americans who support Israel, particularly American Jews, but I think what Prof. Dershowitz is missing in all of this is that the radical left has taken a turn toward naked antisemitism for a long while.

Media Matters is part of this growing trend. I don’t think that there’s any hope that Obama will dissociate from Media Matters, or that MMfA will even dump M.J. Rosenberg as Prof. Dershowitz might like, because even more than the case of Reverend Jeremiah Wright, in this case, it’s all about ideology, and Obama will not turn his back on his radical friends.


The author of hateful quotes is MJ Rosenberg, who is the Senior Foreign Policy Fellow of Media Matters and its official voice on issues relating to the Middle East and Israel. Again, big supporters of the Rev. Wright protegee, B. Hussein Obama.

Rosenberg doesn’t accuse Arab Americans who support Hamas and Hezbollah—America’s sworn enemies– of being “Palestinian Firsters”. Nor did he accuse Irish Americans who supported the Sinn Fein of being “Irish Firsters”. And the bad old days when observant Catholics were accused of dual loyalty with regard to the Vatican are, thankfully, long past. But Rosenberg defends his charges of disloyalty to America against those who sincerely believe that it is in America’s interest to support Israel against threats from Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, and other enemies of both nations. Indeed, he boasts of having “popularized” the term “Israel Firsters.



Does anyone in the MSM do their Job? Of course they do, they carry all the water for Barry and look the other way when it comes to Anti-Semites and racists on the Left. So there is no surprise that freeloader Sandra Fluke starts quoting from “Media Matters”.

Is Freeloader Sandra Fluke “In Bed” with Anti-Semites? Barry states that Freeloader Fluke’s Parents should be proud of her. For sleeping with Guys who have such low respect for her that they won’t even pitch in for a condom or Birth Control. Or should the Parents be proud that Freeloader Sandra Fluke is supportive of Anti-Semites? I think Rev. Wright would be proud of her for the latter. And we all know by now that Barry Soetoro is Rev. Wright.

Here's a quick look into the three former Fannie Mae executives who brought down Wall Street.

Franklin Raines was a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fannie Mae. Raines was forced to retire from his position with Fannie Mae when auditing discovered severe irregularities in Fannie Mae's accounting activities. Raines left with a "golden parachute valued at $240 Million in benefits. The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth of the accounting scandal became clear.

Tim Howard - was the Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae. Howard "was a strong internal proponent of using accounting strategies that would ensure a "stable pattern of earnings" at Fannie. Investigations by federal regulators and the company's board of directors since concluded that management did manipulate 1998 earnings to trigger bonuses. Raines and Howard resigned under pressure in late 2004. Howard's Golden Parachute was estimated at $20 Million!

Jim Johnson - A former executive at Lehman Brothers and who was later forced from his position as Fannie Mae CEO. Investigators found that Fannie Mae had hidden a substantial amount of Johnson's 1998 compensation from the public, reporting that it was between $6 million and $7 million when it fact it was $21 million." Johnson is currently under investigation for taking illegal loans from Countrywide while serving as CEO of Fannie Mae. Johnson's Golden Parachute was estimated at $28 Million.

This is some valuable information to read before we wind up paying Barry Obama for his presidency in retirement. Please read this as it really makes sense that his birth certificate is fake.


It was brought to light that back in 1961 people of color were called 'Negroes.' So how can this 'birth certificate' state he is 'African-American' when the term wasn't even used back then??

Here is a comment from a reader to George Ure at UrbanSurvival.com: "As you all know, Donald Trump made a big deal about Obama's birth certificate.

I will tell you right now that I had never given this "birther" issue any credit. I watched the hype and the crazies come out. I completely dismissed the entire ordeal altogether.

In fact, it was not until the White House released the birth certificate that it had gained my attention. I am the studious sort of guy, and I have plenty of time on my hands. So, I took a close look at this document.

While I would have thought that this issue would have been closed for good (and, got the crazies to crawl back into their holes), I found two extremely strange inconsistencies that merit some attention.

First of all, the birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the "British East Africa Protectorate". But, this is not the only thing that I found that just does not jive. I am sure if Barry Soetoro was the beneficiary of a Cheaper Term Life Insurance policy, he would have his correct name and SSN.

The other item that I looked into was the hospital that Obama was born in. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital". This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively.

The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?

Go ahead, look it up. I am not talking crazy talk, these are the facts. Like I said, I thought that this was a non-issue until the actual certificate was released. Now that it has been released, of course I had to look into it. I have found these issues, now I know that something is up. If you doubt me, just look at the following resources:

I recently interviewed a man who is suing the Obama administration for racial discrimination–against white people. Normally I wouldn’t describe anyone by their skin color, but it’s interesting to note in this instance that the man filing the lawsuit is Black.

Reverend Wayne Perryman began the lawsuit (case C11-1503) along with journalist Robert Parks because he was fed up with all the rhetoric coming from the left, blaming all of Obama’s failures on race. Perryman and Parks began researching the Democrat Party and became enraged when they noticed the Democrat Party—via their website–was whitewashing their own history.

On the archived Democrat.org site—which has since been scrubbed– they gave a brief acknowledgment that their party was formed over 200 years ago.

Over two hundred years ago, our Party’s founders decided that wealth and social status were not an entitlement to rule.

That was it—no mention of any of their mistakes—including the fact that also over 200 years ago, the Democrat Party blocked all efforts by Republicans to abolish slavery.

When challenged, they added the following paragraph to the history portion of their website:

Change is the inescapable driver of history in the United States. Our party’s founders believed then, just as we do now, that being a Democrat means meeting the challenges of changing times so that all Americans can prosper. That’s why the people of this county have always turned to Democrats when times got tough.

In addition to trying to re-write history regarding Democrats and slavery, they are also trying to hypnotize people into believing the Democrats were instrumental in Civil Rights—not mentioning anything about all the efforts they made to BLOCK all of the Republicans efforts toward Civil Rights:

Democrats are unwavering in our support of equal opportunity for all Americans. That’s why we’ve worked to pass every one of our nation’s Civil Rights laws, and every law that protects workers. Most recently, Democrats stood together to reauthorize the Voting Rights Act.

On every civil rights issue, Democrats have led the fight. We support vigorous enforcement of existing laws, and remain committed to protecting fundamental civil rights in America.

This is a blatant lie, and Reverend Wayne Perryman and Robert Parks have called them on it.

“Rev. Sharpton said we never got our ‘40 acres and a mule’, wrote Parks in his legal brief to the courts.

”Yes, we did, and they were taken away by a Democrat.”

From Parks’ legal brief:

On January 12, 1865, General Sherman and Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton went to meet with twenty Black community leaders in Savannah, Georgia to discuss freedom and reparations for former Black slaves.… By June 1865, over 40,000 former slaves were settled on 40-acre tracts of land. Over 400,000 acres were allocated. In September of 1865, Democrat President Andrew Johnson reversed Field Order No. 15, issued special pardons, and returned the land to former slave owners.’ The Republicans gave, yet a Democrat took it away.

Part of the lawsuit is to ensure the Democrat Party is portraying their history truthfully and factually. Rev. Perryman writes:

Modern-day Democrats must stop preaching that they are the compassionate party of black people and confess that it was their predecessors who started many of the racist practices that we are now trying to eradicate. History clearly shows two things: (1) that the roots of racism grew deep in the hearts and souls of the Democrats and (2) without the past efforts of the Radical Republicans and the Abolitionists, the Civil Rights Legislation of the sixties would not have been possible. Republicans laid the foundation for civil rights by passing legislation and instituting programs that Democrats’ were adamantly opposed to, such as:

1. The Thirteenth Amendment in 1865 to abolish slavery.

2. The Civil Rights Act of 1866 to give Negroes citizenship and protect freed men from Black Codes and other repressive legislation.

3. The First Reconstruction Act of 1867 to provide more efficient Government of the Rebel- or Democrat-controlled states.

4. The Fourteenth Amendment in 1868 to make all persons born in the United States citizens. Part of this Amendment specifically states “No State shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; or deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

5. The Fifteenth Amendment of 1870 to give the right to vote to every citizen.

6. The Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 to stop Klan terrorists to terrorized black voters, Republicans, white teachers who taught blacks, and Abolitionists.

7. The Civil Rights Act of 1875 to protect all citizens in their civil and legal rights and to prohibit racial discrimination in places of public accommodation.

8. Freedmen’s Bureau was a social program established by Republicans to feed, protect, and educate the former slaves.

9. The 1957 Civil Rights Act and the 1960 Civil Rights Act were signed into law by President Eisenhower who also established the U.S. Civil Rights Commission in 1958, a commission that was rejected by Truman during his administration.

10. The 1964 Civil Rights Act which key Republicans pushed law through while key Southern Democrats like Al Gore Sr. debated against its passage. More Republicans (in percentages) voted for this law than Democrats.”

Parks says, “They are ashamed of their past and do not want Blacks to look under the hood of their history.”

Case in point, President Woodrow Wilson is a hero to the Democratic Party but Parks says there is much about Wilson’s racist-driven presidency that he “didn’t learn in college.”

“Wilson allowed various officials to segregate the toilets, cafeterias, and work areas of their departments. One justification involved health: White government workers had to be protected from contagious diseases, especially venereal diseases, that racists imagined were being spread by blacks. In extreme cases, federal officials built separate structures to house black workers. Most black diplomats were replaced by whites; numerous black federal officials in the South were removed from their posts; the local Washington police force and fire department stopped hiring blacks. Wilson’s own view, as he expressed it to intimates, was that federal segregation was an act of kindness.”

“Suppose a Republican president had done all that in the past. Democrats would raise hell,” said Parks, adding, “You can Google ‘Woodrow Wilson Segregationist.’ Democrats did not count on the internet to give people access to truth. Many Democrats don’t want to deal with me when I ask them about Wilson. Why?”

The Amicus Curiae ends with this: “Since the DNC sees fit to distort and cover-up their true racist history to cause black Americans to feel good towards them, I say to the Democrat Party like Rev. Jesse Jackson said to George W. Bush: ‘Come clean!’ No matter what, the Democratic Party owns its racist history and must admit to black Americans the truth.”
