FINALLY SOMEONE ASKED The Messiah, THE RIGHT QUESTION!
ON "ABC-TV" DURING THE "NETWORK SPECIAL ON HEALTH CARE".... OBAMA WAS ASKED: "MR. PRESIDENT WILL YOU AND YOUR FAMILY GIVE UP YOUR CURRENT HEALTH CARE PROGRAM AND JOIN THE NEW 'UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE PROGRAM' THAT THE REST OF US WILL BE ON ????"
THERE WAS A STONEY SILENCE AS OBAMA IGNORED THE QUESTION AND CHOSE NOT TO ANSWER IT !!!
IN ADDITION, A NUMBER OF SENATORS WERE ASKED THE SAME QUESTION AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS."WE WILL THINK ABOUT IT."
AND THEY DID. IT WAS ANNOUNCED TODAY ON THE NEWS THAT THE "KENNEDY HEALTH CARE BILL" WAS WRITTEN INTO THE NEW HEALTH CARE REFORM INITIATIVE ENSURING THAT THAT CONGRESS WILL BE 100% EXEMPT!
SO, THIS GREAT NEW HEALTH CARE PLAN THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU AND I... IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR OBAMA, HIS FAMILY OR CONGRESS...??
WE (THE AMERICAN PUBLIC) NEED TO STOP THIS PROPOSED DEBACLE ASAP !!!! THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG !!!!!
PERSONALLY, I CAN ONLY ACCEPT A UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE OVERHAUL THAT EXTENDS TO EVERYONE... NOT JUST US LOWLY CITIZENS.... WHILE THE WASHINGTON "ELITE" KEEP RIGHT ON WITH THEIR GOLD-PLATED HEALTH CARE COVERAGES.
If we don't pass this around, may we enjoy Barry Soetoro's Obamacare Plan!
WHAT??? The Republic has a CONSTITUTION??? Amendment 28 Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives, and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.
Imagine what we could do if everybody passed this around and worked together to Fire Barry!

Victory over ObamaCare!
Let us give credit where it is due. AFP Applauds Gov. Christie for Vetoing Health Care Exchange Act. We had recently stated that we don't want ChristieCare and so be it, Gov. Christie used his veto.
AFP’s Grassroots Efforts Critical in Dealing Government Takeover of Health Care a Major Setback in New Jersey!
BOGOTA, NJ – Americans for Prosperity, the state’s leading free-market, grassroots organization, is praising Gov. Chris Christie for his absolute veto today of the “New Jersey Health Benefit Exchange Act”, a central pillar of establishing the federal takeover in the Garden State.
AFP state director Steve Lonegan has issued the following statement in reaction to the governor’s absolute veto.
“Today, after a determined and relentless grassroots effort on the part of Americans for Prosperity, the unpopular and unconstitutional federal takeover of our health care was dealt another blow with the wise decision of Gov. Christie to veto the ‘New Jersey Health Benefit Exchange Act’.
“This bill aimed at setting up ObamaCare’s costly and bureaucratic health care exchange in New Jersey would have limited choice for consumers, driven up costs, made our state less competitive and levied massive new taxes on every New Jerseyan.
“On behalf of the many thousands of Americans for Prosperity citizen activists and millions more opponents of this unprecedented federal assault on our liberties, I applaud Gov. Christie for using his veto pen today to thwart the federal takeover of our health care in New Jersey.
“And in the days ahead, regardless of how the Supreme Court decides the ObamaCare’s fate, Americans for Prosperity looks forward to the governor continuing to stand up against this federal overreach and protecting the health care freedom of every New Jerseyan.”
Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is a nationwide organization of citizen-leaders committed to advancing every individual’s right to economic freedom and opportunity. AFP believes reducing the size and intrusiveness of government is the best way to promote individual productivity and prosperity for all Americans. AFP educates and engages citizens to support restraining state and federal government growth and returning government to its constitutional limits. AFP is more than 2 million activists strong, with activists in all 50 states. AFP has 34 state chapters and affiliates. More than 85,000 Americans in all 50 states have made a financial contribution to AFP or AFP Foundation. For more information, visit www.americansforprosperity.org

New Jersey Does Not Need ChristieCare
Americans for Prosperity: Is ChristieCare Coming to New Jersey?
Will Gov. Christie Issue Absolute Veto on Obamacare Exchange Bill or Will He Impose Government-Run Health Care on New Jersey?
BOGOTA, NJ – Americans for Prosperity, the state’s leading grassroots voice for free-market policy, demands nothing less than an absolute veto of the “New Jersey Health Benefit Exchange Act” from Gov. Chris Christie. Governor Christie’s veto is the only roadblock to Obamacare coming to New Jersey.
“First, we had RomneyCare. Next, we had ObamaCare. If the governor does not veto the health care exchange bill on his desk we might as well call it ChristieCare in New Jersey,” said AFP state director Steve Lonegan.
“Obviously, if the governor does not veto this legislation, which is a central pillar of the government takeover of our health care, then the governor would be sending a strong signal to the people of New Jersey and across the country that he favors a government-run system.
“The governor can no longer duck and dodge this issue. The jig is up. It’s time to let the people of New Jersey know if he stands with Barack Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi or with the millions of Americans who value their constitutional rights and their health care freedom.”
As per the state constitution, the governor must act within 45 days of a bill passing the Legislature. The “New Jersey Health Benefit Exchange Act” passed both chambers in mid-March leaving Gov. Christie only until Thursday, May 10, to act on the bill. A failure to do so would result in the bill becoming law.

Calls on Gov. Christie to Veto Obamacare Health Care Exchange Act
Americans for Prosperity Calls on Gov. Christie to Veto Obamacare Health Care Exchange Act
Conservative Group Says It’s Time for Governor to Take “Principled Stand” Against Government Health Care Takeover
BOGOTA, NJ – Americans for Prosperity, the state’s leading free-market, grassroots organization, is calling on Gov. Chris Christie to veto legislation that would establish Obamacare’s so-called health care exchanges in the state.
The legislation aimed at complying with the unconstitutional federal health care takeover, the “New Jersey Health Benefit Exchange Act”, passed the state Legislature in mid-March and awaits action by the governor within the next several weeks well before the much-anticipated Supreme Court decision expected by the end of June.
Mike Proto, communications director for Americans for Prosperity’s New Jersey chapter said, “Our organization respects much of the work the governor has done to try to turn New Jersey around and has stood with him on numerous issues, but on the issue of the government takeover of our health care he has disappointed.”
“The governor’s administration has already accepted federal funds for the exchange and for Obamacare’s high risk pools. The administration also failed to join the multi-state constitutional legal challenge now pending before the Supreme Court,” continued Proto. “The time has come for the governor to take a principled stand against Obamacare and to protect the rights of every New Jersey citizen to make their own health care choices.”
“Furthermore, the governor has an obligation to protect our state’s sovereignty against this federal power grab. The state’s created the federal government, not the other way around. When the federal government exceeds its enumerated powers and infringes on state’s rights, the governor has an obligation to say ‘no’,” added Proto.
“The governor needs to act. By law, this cannot wait until the Supreme Court hands down its decision two months from now. The governor must veto this bill now and let the people of New Jersey know once and for all where he stands on Obamacare.”
As part of Americans for Prosperity’s effort, the group is urging its more than 64,000 citizen activists across the state to sign onto a petition letter to the governor urging him to veto the bill.
Americans for Prosperity has been at the forefront of opposing the government health care takeover since 2009. Most recently, the New Jersey chapter delivered over a 1,000 citizen activists to Washington, D.C. to rally against the government takeover as the Supreme Court heard oral argument on the historic multi-state legal challenge.

ObamaCare Will Bankrupt America
Obama Care Highlighted by Page Number
THE CARE BILL HB 3200
JUDGE KITHIL IS THE 2ND OFFICIAL WHO HAS OUTLINED THESE PARTS OF THE CARE BILL. Judge Kithil of Marble Falls, TX - highlighted the most egregious pages of HB3200.
Please read this........ especially the reference to pages 58 & 59
JUDGE KITHIL wrote:

Patriots for Freedom - Repeal Obamacare
We have some relevant information from the Americans for Prosperity Group. We need Groups like this as well as the Tea Party to repeal the disastrous Obamacare. Smaller Government and getting our Freedom back, we must Reclaim America!
Dear Patriots,
Yesterday, I looked out at the thousands upon thousands of faces and the sea of “Hands Off My Health Care” and “I Am AFP” signs, and I knew our movement was stronger than ever!
Yesterday, your voices, the voices of the American people, were heard over the pundits and politicians from both sides of the aisle. According to one speaker, our voices “rattled the windows of the Supreme Court.” Together, we sent a crystal clear message to the Supreme Court: do the right thing...overturn this disastrous, unconstitutional government takeover of our health care.
From our event, a CNN correspondent reported to Wolf Blitzer, “I want to give you a sense of what the crowd looks like here; it goes on and on and on!”
Over 4,000 activists joined Americans for Prosperity and our 20+ coalition groups for the incredible Hands Off My Health Care Rally across the street from the U.S. Supreme Court. We heard from great speakers like Sen. Rand Paul, Sen. Jim DeMint, Sen. Ron Johnson, Sen. Pat Toomey, Rep. Michele Bachmann, Rep. Paul Ryan, Rep. Alan West. We heard from breast cancer survivor, Tracy Walsh, who told her personal story of survival due in part to choices and access provided by our health care system. We heard from Canadian, Shona Holmes, who told how she faced waiting lists and denied treatments for her brain tumor in her home country thanks to their socialized health care system but thankfully she drove south to the United States for the treatments that saved her life.
This fight is far from over, but our fellow Americans are with us. Every poll shows they want to see the health care takeover law repealed. But we've got to keep taking our message of freedom to the American people.
If you have not done so already, make your voice heard by signing AFP's Statement to the Court. We displayed the many thousands of signatures we've collected so far at the Rally, and we're continuing to gather more! Be sure to forward this message to your friends and family, and ask them to sign AFP's Statement to the Court.
We can't let up now. We have to keep pushing hard, and make sure that the President's health care takeover is struck down in its entirety. Until that day comes, Americans for Prosperity will keep fighting with help from activists like you.
Sincerely,
Tim Phillips
President, Americans for Prosperity

IS BIRTH CONTAGIOUS?
I never realized pregnancy is a disease.
It must be, according to the President.
Apparently contraception is the preventative method and
the day after pill is a treatment, while abortion is the cure,
putting it in his perspective.
If I am assumed to be wrong, how come this new plan comes under
health insurance? I thought health insurance is supposed to defray
medical treatment when you are seriously ill.
The President assures us his plan will not cost the taxpayer a
anything. He said he will make the insurance companies absorb the
cost and distribute the above services for free. Really?
When the bottom line of any company suffers, the cost of
doing business with them comes with an increase in prices.
That's a fact!
President Obama has many different hidden taxes....'a rose by
any other name is still a rose.'
Speaking about money, the word 'free' should be struck out of
any monetary reference, because nothing is ever free! There
is always somebody who has to pay.
This administration has given the poor a distorted sense of
values, based on wealth distribution and entitlement.
Also, based on the damage President Obama is creating in the
community of religion, he lends credence to suspicions of him being
a pseudo Christian with radical Islamic leaning because, Christians
and other legitimate religions deem life sacred, where as radical
Islam does not. Neither does he or his proposals.
Not only is he antagonizing Christian tenets, he is instigating class conflict,
hoping it will gain him four more years, to finish the changes and destruction
of the America our founders envisioned, and the hope and dreams it fulfilled
for our legally immigrated ancestors.

ObamaCare Imposes $2.5 Trillion In New Taxes
We know less about Comrade Obama than about any President in American history. His hateful rhetoric is empty as he puts Americans in categories by Race (get all the Hispanic Women??) and Income. His career bears no trace of his own character, not an article for the Harvard Law Review he edited, or a single piece of legislation. He appears to be an empty vessel filled with the Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky verbiage.
ObamaCare Imposes $2.5 Trillion In New Taxes
25% of Americans earning $200,000 a year will be punished by Obama and their taxes rise under ObamaCare. An analysis by former CBO Director Douglas Holtz-Eakin reveals that Obama has lied again by pushing massive tax increases on every American, breaking his campaign promise not to raise taxes. The latest CBO report details Obama's 10 year tax scheme - Punish Americans with new taxes for the first four years with no healthcare benefits and cuts in Medicare to Seniors.
Obama's NAZI Pelosi says:
- JUST PASS THE BILL THEN YOU CAN READ WHAT'S IN IT!
The Facts Pelosi Does NOT Want You To Know:
•ObamaCare puts 7 percent of Americans on a government subsidy to help pay for mandatory health insurance.
•ObamaCare raises taxes on 25 percent of those earning under $200,000 a year.
•ObamaCare raises taxes on three middle-class families to pay for every family receiving a government subsidy.
•ObamaCare excludes 93 percent of Americans who are NOT eligible for a tax benefit under the bill.
•Tax and hurt seniors by taking $500 Billion from Medicare.
75% of Americans polled by CNN reject it. Pelosi says - JUST PASS THE BILL THEN YOU CAN READ WHAT'S IN IT!
For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country? Yes Michelle Obama can be proud that Coward Holder released Racist New Black Panthers, Traitor Hassan is given all sorts of leniency, Lowlife Czars are paid by USA and America is in DECLINE!

Obamacare and the Waivers
In our case of 26 states against the federal government regarding the healthcare act. Well we know by now, on January 31, Federal Judge Roger Vinson ruled that the Healthcare Act, otherwise known as Obamacare, is unconstitutional. He pointed to the individual mandate (considered to be the ‘linchpin’ or ‘heart and soul’ of the act) as being unconstitutional, noting that it is inseverable (cannot be pulled out, leaving the rest intact), which means the entire act must be scrapped. However we are dealing with the Corrupt Chicago Political machine!
Are waivers from Obamacare constitutional?
Philip Hamburger, a professor at Columbia Law School, argues that it is unconstitutional for the federal government to be giving out waivers to businesses and unions from the provisions of Obamacare. They have already granted 783 waivers from one of the provisions over organizations and the health insurance they must provide.
This is disturbing for many reasons. At the very least, it suggests the impracticability of the health-care law; HHS gave the waivers because it fears the law will cost many Americans their jobs and insurance.
More seriously, it raises questions about whether we live under a government of laws. Congress can pass statutes that apply to some businesses and not others, but once a law has passed — and therefore is binding — how can the executive branch relieve some Americans of their obligation to obey it?
The dangers of inequity are obvious. Will only corporations and unions get waivers, or can individuals also get them? For example, if a family physician feels financial pressure under the health-care law to fire one of his employees, will he get a waiver to avoid adding to unemployment?
Indeed, can even a small corporation get a waiver? Small businesses provide most new jobs, but the answer is obvious: Waivers are mostly, if not entirely, for politically significant businesses and unions that get the special attention of HHS or the White House. The rest of us must obey the laws.
Hamburger then traces the history of the state dispensing waivers from the law going back into the English background and our own constitutional history and finds no power for the legislature to give the executive branch the dispensing power to select whom a given law should apply to.
Even more strikingly, no American constitution, state or federal, allowed dispensation, let alone its delegation. Nor should this be a surprise. The power to dispense with the laws had no place in a constitution that divided the active power of government into executive and legislative powers. The dispensing power was not a power to make laws, nor even a power to repeal laws, but rather a power to relieve individuals of their obligation under a law that remained in effect. It thus was a power exercised not through and under the law, but above it.
Of course, after a violation of a statute, the executive could refrain from prosecuting the offender or even pardon him. Until the legislature changed the law, however, neither the legislature nor the executive could simply tell a favored person that he was not bound by it.
It's an intriguing argument and one I hadn't seen before. There definitely seems to be something fishy about members of the executive branch to have the power to pick and choose whom a given law should apply to. Take the question away from Obamacare and imagine that it was some other law such as the Civil Rights Act and businesses argued that they could not afford to implement the law. Can you imagine the uproar if any presidential administration tried to pick out which organizations would get waivers from the law? Or pick any law that imposes some sort of burden on organizations - collecting payroll taxes, paying the minimum wage, or following environmental regulations?
We don't know yet which organizations applied for waivers and were turned down, but there could be a very interesting case if such an organization then sued on the basis that Hamburger outlines.
Hat Tip to Mr. I
Are waivers from Obamacare constitutional?
Philip Hamburger, a professor at Columbia Law School, argues that it is unconstitutional for the federal government to be giving out waivers to businesses and unions from the provisions of Obamacare. They have already granted 783 waivers from one of the provisions over organizations and the health insurance they must provide.
This is disturbing for many reasons. At the very least, it suggests the impracticability of the health-care law; HHS gave the waivers because it fears the law will cost many Americans their jobs and insurance.

Liberal Lies About National Health Care: First In a Series
Written by Ann Coulter
(1) National health care will punish the insurance companies.
You want to punish insurance companies? Make them compete.
As Adam Smith observed, whenever two businessmen meet, "the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public, or in some contrivance to raise prices." That's why we need a third, fourth and 45th competing insurance company that will undercut them by offering better service at a lower price.
Tiny little France and Germany have more competition among health insurers than the U.S. does right now. Amazingly, both of these socialist countries have less state regulation of health insurance than we do, and you can buy health insurance across regional lines -- unlike in the U.S., where a federal law allows states to ban interstate commerce in health insurance.
U.S. health insurance companies are often imperious, unresponsive consumer hellholes because they're a partial monopoly, protected from competition by government regulation. In some states, one big insurer will control 80 percent of the market. (Guess which party these big insurance companies favor? Big companies love big government.)
Liberals think they can improve the problem of a partial monopoly by turning it into a total monopoly. That's what single-payer health care is: "Single payer" means "single provider."
It's the famous liberal two-step: First screw something up, then claim that it's screwed up because there's not enough government oversight (it's the free market run wild!), and then step in and really screw it up in the name of "reform."
You could fix 90 percent of the problems with health insurance by ending the federal law allowing states to ban health insurance sales across state lines. But when John McCain called for ending the ban during the 2008 presidential campaign, he was attacked by Joe Biden -- another illustration of the ironclad Ann Coulter rule that the worst Republicans are still better than allegedly "conservative" Democrats.
(2) National health care will "increase competition and keep insurance companies honest" -- as President Barack Obama has said.
Government-provided health care isn't a competitor; it's a monopoly product paid for by the taxpayer. Consumers may be able to "choose" whether they take the service -- at least at first -- but every single one of us will be forced to buy it, under penalty of prison for tax evasion. It's like a new cable plan with a "yes" box, but no "no" box.
Obama himself compared national health care to the post office -- immediately conjuring images of a highly efficient and consumer-friendly work force -- which, like so many consumer-friendly shops, is closed by 2 p.m. on Saturdays, all Sundays and every conceivable holiday.
But what most people don't know -- including the president, apparently -- with certain narrow exceptions, competing with the post office is prohibited by law.
Expect the same with national health care. Liberals won't stop until they have total control. How else will they get you to pay for their sex-change operations?
(3) Insurance companies are denying legitimate claims because they are "villains."
Obama denounced the insurance companies in last Sunday's New York Times, saying: "A man lost his health coverage in the middle of chemotherapy because the insurance company discovered that he had gallstones, which he hadn't known about when he applied for his policy. Because his treatment was delayed, he died."
Well, yeah. That and the cancer.
Assuming this is true -- which would distinguish it from every other story told by Democrats pushing national health care -- in a free market, such an insurance company couldn't stay in business. Other insurance companies would scream from the rooftops about their competitor's shoddy business practices, and customers would leave in droves.
If only customers had a choice! But we don't because of government regulation of health insurance.
Speaking of which, maybe if Mr. Gallstone's insurance company weren't required by law to cover early childhood development programs and sex-change operations, it wouldn't be forced to cut corners in the few areas not regulated by the government, such as cancer treatments for patients with gallstones.
(4) National health care will give Americans "basic consumer protections that will finally hold insurance companies accountable" -- as Barack Obama claimed in his op/ed in the Times.
You want to protect consumers? Do it the same way we protect consumers of dry cleaning, hamburgers and electricians: Give them the power to tell their insurance companies, "I'm taking my business elsewhere."
(5) Government intervention is the only way to provide coverage for pre-existing conditions.
The only reason most "pre-existing" conditions aren't already covered is because of government regulations that shrink the insurance market to a microscopic size, which leads to fewer options in health insurance and a lot more uninsured people than would exist in a free market.
The free market has produced a dizzying array of insurance products in areas other than health. (Ironically, array-associated dizziness is not covered by most health plans.) Even insurance companies have "reinsurance" policies to cover catastrophic events occurring on the properties they insure, such as nuclear accidents, earthquakes and Michael Moore dropping in for a visit and breaking the couch.
If we had a free market in health insurance, it would be inexpensive and easy to buy insurance for "pre-existing" conditions before they exist, for example, insurance on unborn -- unconceived -- children and health insurance even when you don't have a job. The vast majority of "pre-existing" conditions that currently exist in a cramped, limited, heavily regulated insurance market would be "covered" conditions under a free market in health insurance.
I've hit my word limit on liberal lies about national health care without breaking a sweat. See this space next week for more lies in our continuing series.
