Some Bad News for Hillary Clinton

Joe DiGenova was US Attorney for DC, Staff counsel for various Senate committees, You can say he is pretty wired into the Washington DC scene. MR. DiGenova gave this interview to Laura Ingraham on her radio show.

Joseph E. diGenova, founding partner of the Washington, D.C. law firm of diGenova & Toensing, LLP represents individuals, corporations and other entities before the Federal courts, Congress, and U.S. cabinet departments and agencies on criminal, civil, administrative and investigative matters. In December 1992, he was appointed Independent Counsel in the Clinton Passport File Search matter. He was appointed Chairman of the Grievance Committee of the D.C. District Court in 1995 by the judges of that court. In 1997, he was named Special Counsel by the U.S. House of Representatives to probe the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. As a result of that assignment, he was appointed by the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, to sit on the Independent Review Board, which oversees the Teamsters pursuant to a 1989 Consent Decree. He is on that Board with former FBI and CIA Director William Webster and former U.S. Attorney General Benjamin Civiletti. In 2007, Mr. diGenova was retained by the New York State Senate to investigate then-Gov. Eliot Spitzer in the Troopergate matter.


Joseph DiGenova:
Her biggest problem right now is the FBI. They’re not going away.
They have reached a critical mass in their investigation of the Secretary and all of her senior staff.
And, it’s going to come to a head, I would suggest, in the next sixty days.
And, I predict that Hillary will not make it to the finish line. She’s not going to be able to
complete her campaign.

This criminal investigation must, of necessity, focus on her and all the people around her.
And, if Jim Comey, the FBI director, is doing his job — which I expect him to do as an honorable man —
she cannot be the nominee of the Democratic Party.

She’s going to have to be charged with a crime. It’s going to be a very complex matter for the
Department of Justice, but they’re not going to be able to walk away from it.

She and her staff have committed numerous federal crimes involving negligent and improper
handling of classified information. They are now at over 1,200 classified emails, and those are
just for the ones we know about from the State Department. That doesn’t include the ones
that the FBI is, in fact, recovering from her hard drives.

She has definitely made false statements, under oath, both in interviews and on Capitol Hill.
She has not yet been interviewed by the FBI in their investigation. That will be the final step
in their investigation. The Bureau has so much information about criminal conduct by her and
her staff that there is no way that they walk away from this. They’re going to make a
recommendation that people be charged, and then Loretta Lynch is going to have the
decision of a lifetime.

Ingraham:

Do you have confidence that Loretta Lynch, from what we saw with her handling of the
Baltimore riots and all that, is going to okay to green light an indictment of
Hillary Clinton in an election year?

DiGenova:

I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that unless she
agrees to the charges, there will be a massive revolt inside the FBI, which she will not be
able to survive as an Attorney General. It will be like Watergate. It will be unbelievable.
The evidence against the Clinton staff and the Secretary is so overwhelming at this point
that if, in fact, she chooses not to charge Hillary, they will never be able to charge another
federal employee with the negligent handling of classified information.

The intelligence community will not stand for that — they will fight for an indictment,
and they are already in the process of girding themselves to, basically, revolt against the
Attorney General if she refuses to bring charges. There is a massive breach between the
intelligence community, the military community, at the Department of State, and the
national security superstructure inside the intelligence community. There is vitriol of an
intense amount developing — you can hear it in your conversations with people in
the intelligence community.

They will fight to the death if the Attorney General attempts to bury this case.

It’s going to be very, very ugly for her. And it’s going to be an awful ending to the
Obama Administration, but one which they richly deserve.

Socialism v. Capitalism

It’s no secret that the liberal policies of the last 8 years have damaged our economy and eroded our values system. Nearly 75% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, and a record 47 million are on food stamps.

We cannot afford even one more year of Barack Obama or his liberal allies, Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.

This election is about choosing our future: Socialism vs Capitalism. The fundamental principles of our nation are at stake.

Twelve Reasons Why I Vote for Democrats

A few years ago, James Anderson, wrote a great letter to the Editor on why he voted for Democrats.  We thought you might get a kick out of it.

Dear Editor:

Here are the 12 reasons I voted Democratic:

I voted democrat so that I can now marry whatever I want to.

I voted democrat because I believe that oil company profits of 4% per gallon of gas is obscene but the government taxing the same gallon at 15% isn’t.

I voted democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.

I voted democrat because freedom of speech is fine as long as I agree with what is said and no one is offended by it.

I voted democrat because I am way to irresponsible to own a gun and know that my local police will protect me from murders and thieves.

I voted democrat because I believe that people who cant tell us if it will rain on Friday can tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don’t start driving a Prius.

I voted democrat because I’m not concerned about millions of babies being aborted as long as we keep all death row inmates alive.

I voted democrat because I think illegal aliens have the right to free health care, education and social security benefits and that we should take away the social security from those who paid into it.

I voted democrat because I believe that businesses should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as democrats see fit.

I voted democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters.

I voted democrat because I think it is better to pay billions for their oil to people who hate us but not to drill for our own because it might upset some endangered beetle, spotted owl, gopher of fish.

I voted democrat because my head is so firmly misplaced toward the south end of my body; it’s unlikely I’ll ever have another point of view.

No trees, Spotted Owls, or Red Cock-headed Woodpeckers were harmed in the sending of this message.

This Tomi Lahren is awesome! You might not know her name unless you’re a fan of Glenn Beck’s Blaze Network.

Tomi Lahren nailed it with a two-minute rant against scumbag Beyonce’s Super Bowl performance. This beuatiful young blonde talker has been the most talked about figure within the black community . . . and not in a good way.

Tomi spent a few minutes ripping apart the “privileged Hollywood” performer, then closed with “Your husband was drug dealer,,, for 14 years he sold crack cocaine. Talk about protecting black neighborhoods, start at home.”


Some of you may have seen the Vile NFL Halftime disaster which they refer to as the Halftime Show. Well during their racist halftime show, Beyoncé performed her new single “Formation,”. That disgusting the video was filled with Black Lives Matter (Black LIES Matter) and anti-law enforcement imagery. The singer’s backup dancers donned black leather outfits and black berets in an apparent homage to the militant Black Panther Party, formed an X on the field in what many have called a tribute to Malcolm X, and later posed backstage with fists raised in a “black power” salute.

Twitter had one of the great tweets which said: @Beyonce is a racist and we won't stand for it #boycottbeyonce. I'm ashamed she's from Houston the greatest city in the world.

Ted Cruz Apologizes to ‘New Yorkers Who Have Been Let Down by Vile, Liberal Politicians’

Ted Cruz offered an "apology" to New Yorkers offended by his criticism of "New York values," but used the apology to slam the vile "liberal politicians" in office. We must recognize the damage done by these despicable Liberals. Those who say Liberals can still have values are lying to themselves. How can you have and decent values if you re-elect a Marxist, you support ripping live babies into pieces, you support trashing our Veterans and Police Officers, you support funding terrorism through Iran. If you think those are people with values, then there is no wonder our Country is crumbling.


I think we all know what Ted Cruz meant by "New York Values". There are many of New Yorkers who come down to Florida and inform us how horrible it is to live by the Limousine Marxists in New York. Of course we love and support the true Conservatives in new York. With that being said how can we forget how the Liberal Fascists from new York spread like cancer into other states in America.

Did the rest of us forget that New York elected that Commie, Mayor Bill de Blasio? Or what about the anti-gun, Anti-American Governor Cuomo? Did we forget the Liberal MSM traitors in new York who constantly stand up for Thugs, aka Black LIES Matter while being silent when radical islam terrorists, illegal aliens or Black Thugs attack and kill?


So Ted Cruz stated:

Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton and Andrew Cuomo and Bill de Blasio have all demanded an apology and I'm happy to apologize.


I apologize to the millions of New Yorkers who have been let down by liberal politicians in that state.

I apologize to the hard working men and women of the state of New York who have been denied jobs because Governor Cuomo won’t allow fracking. Even though there had been many high paying jobs just south in Pennsylvania, New Yorkers are denied the ability to provide for their families.

I apologize to all the pro-life and pro-marriage and pro-second amendment New Yorkers who were told by Governor Cuomo that they have no place in New York because that’s not who New Yorkers are.

I apologize to all the small businesses who have been driven out of New York city by crushing taxes and regulations.

I apologize to the millions of unborn children, many African-American and Hispanic, whose lives have been taken by politicians who relentlessly promote abortion on demand with no limitations.

I apologize to all of the African-American children who Mayor de Blasio tried to throw out of their charter schools that were providing a lifeline to the American Dream.

I apologize to the people of New York who are offended when the New York Daily News lambastes anyone who prays for victims of violence.

I apologize to the people of faith who are ridiculed and insulted by the New York media.

And I apologize to all the cops and the firefighters and 9/11 heroes who had no choice but to stand and turn their backs on Mayor de Blasio, because Mayor de Blasio over and over again stands with the looters and criminals rather than the brave men and women of the law.

And to the millions of conservatives–working men and women in New York, with common sense values, trapped by the failures of your political leaders–I am glad to tell you, help us on the way. 2016, like 1980, will bring America back.
