The local West Palm Beach Radio Host subbed last Friday on the Mark Levin show. His name is Brian Mudd of WJNO and has been excellent for local radio. However he went national and on this show had an episode summary stating: “There are four pages of stone cold reality in this Nunes memo. The Democrats say you can’t trust the contents of the memo but we haven’t heard anyone dispute any specific facts. There are two sides to every story and one side to every fact, and if the premise of everything isn’t right then everything built on it is false.”

Brian Mudd did this list with “fact by fact” in the four pages, coming up with a “30 count indictment” pointing out facts that are NOT being disputed.

Here are some highlights of the Brian Mudd List:

• Both the DOJ and the FBI petitioned the FISA court to begin to surveil a Trump campaign advisor (Carter Page) on October 21st 2016 – just two and a half weeks before the election.
• The application had to be certified by the FBI’s Director or Deputy Director & The AG, Deputy AG, or Assistant AG to the NSA.
• The initial warrant on Carter Page was issued & renewed three times (every 90 days) – which now takes you through the campaign, the election, the President-elect period and early days as President

Mudd details who signed warrants (James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates, Dana Boenta, Rod Rosenstein) and that Christopher Steele was an FBI source.

Trey Gowdy says the The Steele Dossier was key in getting the warrant(s). Here are some statements, still undisputed:

• Christopher Steele was paid over $160,000 by the DNC and Clinton campaign to create it via Perkins Coie & Fusion GPS.
• The purpose was to obtain “derogatory information” on Trump ties to Russia.
• The funding of the dossier by the DNC & Clinton Campaign was never disclosed to the FISA court.
• The DOJ and FBI officials who signed off on it knew that the DNC & Clinton Campaign paid for it to be created.
• The FISA requests left the sourcing of the dossier out of the warrant request, despite knowing it was Fusion GPS.
• The FBI authorized an additional payment to Christopher Steele for the dossier.
• On September 23rd of 2016 Yahoo News ran a story linking Carter Page to Moscow that was used in the FISA requests as corroborating evidence.
• Christopher Steele leaked the story to Yahoo News.
• The FISA request assets that Steele wasn’t the source of the Yahoo story.
• In a British court Christopher Steele cited that he was the source of the Yahoo News story.
• Perkins Coie – the DNC & Clinton law firm used for the Dossier funding was aware of the Steele leak.
• Perkins Coie held a meeting with Steele and Fusion GPS after the leak to discuss the matter.
• Steele was suspended and fired after revealing he was an FBI source to Mother Jones on October 30th.

We see Brian Mudd’s list is very comprehensive and still is undisputed!

• After being fired by the FBI Steele maintained contact with the Justice Department – specifically Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr and senior officials who were direct reports to Deputy AG’s Salley Yates and later Rod Rosenstein.
• In September of 2016 Christopher Steele told Deputy AG Bruce Ohr “was desperate that Donald Trump not be elected”
• Deputy AG Bruce Ohr’s wife was employed during this time by Fusion GPS to cultivate the dossier.
• Deputy AG Bruce Ohr provided his wife’s research, paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign to the FBI.
• Deputy AG Bruce Ohr’s wife’s role was never disclosed to the FISA court.
• FBI Counter-intelligence Assistant Director Bill Priestap cited the dossier investigation as only being in its quote “infancy” at the time of the initial FISA warrant request.
• FBI Director James Comey offered a summation of the dossier to President-Elect in January of 2017 Trump despite its lack of corroboration.
• Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe testified in December of 2017 that the warrants wouldn’t have been issued without the Dossier.

I have a secret plan to destroy America. If you believe, as many do, that America is too smug, too white bread, too self-satisfied, too rich, let’s destroy America. It is not that hard to do. History shows that nations are more fragile than their citizens think. No nation in history has survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and they all fall, and that “an autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.” Here is my plan:

1. We must first make America a bilingual-bicultural country. History shows, in my opinion, that no nation can survive the tension, conflict and antagonism of two competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; it is a curse for a society to be bilingual. One scholar, Seymour Martin Lipset, put it this way: “The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension and tragedy. Canada, Belgium, Malaysia, Lebanon all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic rebellion. France faces difficulties with its Basques, Bretons and Corsicans.”

2. I would then invent “multiculturalism” and encourage immigrants to maintain their own culture. I would make it an article of belief that all cultures are equal: that there are no cultural differences that are important. I would declare it an article of faith that the black and Hispanic dropout rate is only due to prejudice and discrimination by the majority. Every other explanation is out-of-bounds.

3. We can make the United States a “Hispanic Quebec” without much effort. The key is to celebrate diversity rather than unity. As Benjamin Schwarz said in the Atlantic Monthly recently, “The apparent success of our own multiethnic and multicultural experiment might have been achieved, not by tolerance, but by hegemony. Without the dominance that once dictated ethnocentrically, and what it meant to be an American, we are left with only tolerance and pluralism to hold us together.” I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and culture. I would replace the melting pot metaphor with a salad bowl metaphor. It is important to insure that we have various cultural sub-groups living in America reinforcing their differences, rather than Americans emphasizing their similarities.

4. Having done all this, I would make our fastest-growing demographic group the least educated. I would add a second underclass, unassimilated, undereducated and antagonistic to our population. I would have this second underclass have a 50 percent dropout rate from school.

5. I would then get the big foundations and big business to give these efforts lots of money. I would invest in ethnic identity, and I would establish the cult of victimology. I would get all minorities to think their lack of success was all the fault of the majority. I would start a grievance industry blaming all minority failure on the majority population.

6. I would establish dual citizenship and promote divided loyalties. I would “celebrate diversity.” “Diversity” is a wonderfully seductive word. It stresses differences rather than commonalities. Diverse people worldwide are mostly engaged in hating each other–that is, when they are not killing each other. A “diverse,” peaceful or stable society is against most historical precedent. People undervalue the unity it takes to keep a nation together, and we can take advantage of this myopia.

Look at the ancient Greeks. Dorf’s “World History” tells us: “The Greeks believed that they belonged to the same race; they possessed a common language and literature; and they worshiped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic Games in honor of Zeus, and all Greeks venerated the shrine of Apollo at Delphi. A common enemy, Persia, threatened their liberty. Yet, all of these bonds together were not strong enough to overcome two factors … (local patriotism and geographical conditions that nurtured political divisions …)” If we can put the emphasis on the “pluribus,” instead of the “unum,” we can balkanize America as surely as Kosovo.

7. Then I would place all these subjects off-limits–make it taboo to talk about. I would find a word similar to “heretic” in the 16th century that stopped discussion and paralyzed thinking. Words like “racist”, “xenophobe” halt argument and conversation. Having made America a bilingual-bicultural country, having established multiculturalism, having the large foundations fund the doctrine of “victimology,” I would next make it impossible to enforce our immigration laws. I would develop a mantra –“because immigration has been good for America, it must always be good.” I would make every individual immigrant sympatric and ignore the cumulative impact.

8. Lastly, I would censor Victor Davis Hanson’s book “Mexifornia” –this book is dangerous; it exposes my plan to destroy America. So please, please–if you feel that America deserves to be destroyed–please, please–don’t buy this book! This guy is on to my plan.

Is the Obama Administration Campaigning to Injure America’s Oil and Gas Industry?

If it ever was a secret, it’s not a secret any longer: The Obama Administration is on a vindictive campaign to injure America’s oil and gas industry. The proof materialized last week when video of an Environmental Protection Agency official revealed the White House’s vicious attitude toward the very industries that supply the American people a reliable, affordable energy source. Yesterday, that official fell on his sword and resigned to spare the president any further embarrassment from the truth he disclosed.

Last week, Heritage’s Lachlan Markay reported on a video showing EPA Region VI Administrator Al Armendariz describe his agency’s “philosophy of enforcement” with respect to the regulation of oil and gas companies — likening it to brutal tactics employed by the ancient Roman army to intimidate its foes into submission. With a wry smile, Armendariz detailed the joy with which the EPA inflicts punishment on the disfavored industries:

It was kind of like how the Romans used to, you know, conquer the villages in the Mediterranean. They’d go into a little Turkish town somewhere and they’d find the first five guys they saw and they’d crucify them. And then, you know, that town was really easy to manage for the next few years.

Lest there be any doubt, it’s worth reiterating the point — according to Armendariz, the EPA views its enforcement efforts as a violent crucifixion used to strong arm companies into submission. The Constitution bars cruel and unusual punishment, but evidently that doesn’t apply to the axe-wielding EPA when it comes to enforcing regulations.

None of this, though, should be a surprise coming from what very well may be the most anti-energy administration in history. For the president and his cadre of bureaucrats, “Big Oil” is the enemy that deserves to be beaten into submission.

Exhibit A: The president’s unremitting crusade to raise taxes on the oil industry by denying it access to tax credits available to other industries. This, of course, is a game of semantics and populist rhetoric. In his appeal to the American people, the president is claiming that oil and gas companies enjoy special loopholes and subsidies that need to be eliminated. In reality, they get the same tax treatment enjoyed by producers of clothing, roads, electricity, water, and many other goods manufactured in the United States. Actually, oil companies receive less of a tax break than those manufacturers. (Oil companies receive a six percent reduction while all other manufacturers receive a nine percent reduction.) Yet the president wants to impose a higher targeted tax hike and take the tax break away completely.

When President Obama lashes out at “Big Oil,” guess who’s going to pay the price? You. First, raising taxes on any company means that the costs will be passed on to consumers. If you’re tired of paying high gas prices, you would pay even more if the president levies new costs on the industry that is supplying your fuel.

Second, when the president talks about “Big Oil,” keep in mind who “Big Oil” is — it could very well be you. Thirty-one percent of U.S. oil and natural gas shares are owned by public or private pension plans. On top of that, individual retirement accounts hold 18 percent of shares, individual investors have 21 percent, and asset management companies including mutual funds account for 21 percent — comprising more than 90 percent of oil and gas stocks in 2011. That means when those companies profit, there’s a good chance you profit. And when those companies suffer, there’s a good chance that you suffer, too.

That doesn’t matter, though, to an Administration that is in an unyielding pursuit of a singular “green” agenda. Billions in taxpayer dollars are spent to fund solar companies that go bankrupt and to give tax credits to wealthy Americans so they can buy a handful of electric vehicles. Meanwhile, the president’s Secretary of Energy, Steven Chu, gives himself an “A” for his work in lowering gas prices, despite their reaching all-time highs under his watch. And all the while, the president is saying “NO” to domestic energy exploration, including his decision to block the Keystone XL pipeline.

So when Armendariz spoke of “crucifying” oil and gas companies, it was not a surprise. His crime was saying what the rest of the Obama Administration — including the president — have been thinking and doing all along. Last week, Armendariz apologized and called his comments ”an offensive and inaccurate way to portray our efforts to address potential violations of our nation’s environmental laws.” In fact, though his words were vivid, they were all too accurate. The Obama Administration has an obvious political agenda that is not focused on enforcing rules, but on vindictively assaulting an industry that doesn’t comport with its green agenda — even though Americans depend on oil and gas companies each and every day.

President Obama has said he favors an “all of the above” strategy when it comes to energy policy. “All of the above” apparently means taking no prisoners as he marches toward a “greener” future, regardless of what it costs the American people.

Mark Levin On The Real Shirley Sherrod

We still are reeling from the death of the great Andrew Breitbart. There was some mention that the despicable Shirley Sherrod was still chasing Andrew Breitbart with a lawsuit. This nasty woman and her husband have already burned America enough but they want more. We wanted to refresh everyone's memory of the Barry Soetoro connection with another scam artist and racist.

What started out as a small claim by 400 black farmers had escalated into a claim by over 80,000 “farmers” trying to get in on this enormous scam? The original lawsuit claimed that the USDA unlawfully denied loans to poor black farmers. The case was entitled Pigford v. Glickman. The farmers won their case and the government agreed to pay them as much as $50,000 each to settle their claims.

Yet the facts changed or should we say the scam as on in February of last year. There was an enormous change in relation to that original judgment. In total silence, the Politically correct USDA agreed to release more funds to “Pigford”. The amount was a staggering $1.25 billion (that’s with a “b”). This was because the original number of plaintiffs- 400 black farmers- had now grown in a class action law suit to include a total of 86,000 black farmers throughout America. There is only one problem - there isn’t 86,000 black farmers in America, not even close.

Pigford itself is, in the least a large scam perpetrated on America. The vast majority of payouts under Pigford were fraudulent. In excess of 80,000 "black farmers" have taken advantage of the Pigford settlement, when there were only about 16,000 black farmers in the entire country.

Only days after vile Shirley Sherrod and her lowlife husband were awarded cash by the USDA, B. Hussein Obama asked her to join it. Shirley Sherrod's lending philosophy is the same racially-motivated subprime mortgage philosophy that has destroyed the U.S. economy. The weasel Carter started the Community Reinvestment Act while Slick Willie Clinton pushed it further. All the while Barry Soetoro was ramping up his racially motivated ACORN group to help destroy the Housing industry and the economy.

The fact that Obama hired Sherrod in the first place demonstrates that Obama has learned a lot from racist Rev. Wright. The fact that the Obama administration's new job offer to Sherrod included oversight of ending the USDA's discriminatory practices with regard to Pigford - the case from which she just received a bucket load of cash - shows that Obama is just as racially motivated as all of his mentors and friends, from Frank Marshall Davis, Al Sharpton, Racist Reverend Wright and Professor Gates.

I've just read some recent palaver about Jesse Jackson, the perennial publicity hound. The subject of the article isn't important and only matters to the extent that anyone really gives a poop about anything this character has to say.

It is my opinion that Jesse Jackson is a former Chicago street thug and a race hustling loud-mouth whose rhyming-rap patter was picked up and amplified by the media. He was a tag-a-long-go-for in Martin Luther King's entourage, who just happened to be close by when King was shot and thus, his image appeared in several photos taken in the time frame of that event.

Jackson created the myth that he somehow, played a far more important role as a freedom fighter than he actually did - and the media bought it. After that, it was off to the races (slight pun intended) and he embarked on his full-time career of intimidating large corporations into coughing up millions in hush-money to avoid being black-washed as 'racist'.

He ran unsuccessfully for the presidency and supposedly, that added to his 'street cred'. He became the go-to interview as he used his 'intimidation money' to fly around the country, performing his 'Outrage At Racial Victimization' act whenever and wherever it might garner any publicity to add to his creepy resume.

Jackson is a melanoma on the skin-color game called, 'racism'. The cure still awaits discovery.
