Florida's Brian Mudd Lists 30 Facts confirmed or revealed in the FISA Memo

The local West Palm Beach Radio Host subbed last Friday on the Mark Levin show. His name is Brian Mudd of WJNO and has been excellent for local radio. However he went national and on this show had an episode summary stating: “There are four pages of stone cold reality in this Nunes memo. The Democrats say you can’t trust the contents of the memo but we haven’t heard anyone dispute any specific facts. There are two sides to every story and one side to every fact, and if the premise of everything isn’t right then everything built on it is false.”

Brian Mudd did this list with “fact by fact” in the four pages, coming up with a “30 count indictment” pointing out facts that are NOT being disputed.

Here are some highlights of the Brian Mudd List:

• Both the DOJ and the FBI petitioned the FISA court to begin to surveil a Trump campaign advisor (Carter Page) on October 21st 2016 – just two and a half weeks before the election.
• The application had to be certified by the FBI’s Director or Deputy Director & The AG, Deputy AG, or Assistant AG to the NSA.
• The initial warrant on Carter Page was issued & renewed three times (every 90 days) – which now takes you through the campaign, the election, the President-elect period and early days as President

Mudd details who signed warrants (James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates, Dana Boenta, Rod Rosenstein) and that Christopher Steele was an FBI source.

Trey Gowdy says the The Steele Dossier was key in getting the warrant(s). Here are some statements, still undisputed:

• Christopher Steele was paid over $160,000 by the DNC and Clinton campaign to create it via Perkins Coie & Fusion GPS.
• The purpose was to obtain “derogatory information” on Trump ties to Russia.
• The funding of the dossier by the DNC & Clinton Campaign was never disclosed to the FISA court.
• The DOJ and FBI officials who signed off on it knew that the DNC & Clinton Campaign paid for it to be created.
• The FISA requests left the sourcing of the dossier out of the warrant request, despite knowing it was Fusion GPS.
• The FBI authorized an additional payment to Christopher Steele for the dossier.
• On September 23rd of 2016 Yahoo News ran a story linking Carter Page to Moscow that was used in the FISA requests as corroborating evidence.
• Christopher Steele leaked the story to Yahoo News.
• The FISA request assets that Steele wasn’t the source of the Yahoo story.
• In a British court Christopher Steele cited that he was the source of the Yahoo News story.
• Perkins Coie – the DNC & Clinton law firm used for the Dossier funding was aware of the Steele leak.
• Perkins Coie held a meeting with Steele and Fusion GPS after the leak to discuss the matter.
• Steele was suspended and fired after revealing he was an FBI source to Mother Jones on October 30th.

We see Brian Mudd’s list is very comprehensive and still is undisputed!

• After being fired by the FBI Steele maintained contact with the Justice Department – specifically Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr and senior officials who were direct reports to Deputy AG’s Salley Yates and later Rod Rosenstein.
• In September of 2016 Christopher Steele told Deputy AG Bruce Ohr “was desperate that Donald Trump not be elected”
• Deputy AG Bruce Ohr’s wife was employed during this time by Fusion GPS to cultivate the dossier.
• Deputy AG Bruce Ohr provided his wife’s research, paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign to the FBI.
• Deputy AG Bruce Ohr’s wife’s role was never disclosed to the FISA court.
• FBI Counter-intelligence Assistant Director Bill Priestap cited the dossier investigation as only being in its quote “infancy” at the time of the initial FISA warrant request.
• FBI Director James Comey offered a summation of the dossier to President-Elect in January of 2017 Trump despite its lack of corroboration.
• Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe testified in December of 2017 that the warrants wouldn’t have been issued without the Dossier.

JOHN LEWIS, ELIJAH CUMMINGS & MAXINE WATERS: Ranging from the sublime to 
the ridiculous in that order, choosing to protest the President’s State of the Union 
speech because of their warped perception that he is a racist. That there is no basis 
for their accusation doesn’t seem to bother them even a little bit.

First, the ridiculous: A U. S. Representative from California, Maxine ‘Unhinged’ 
Waters, is a potty-mouth that continuously spews a stream of gross invectives,
 bald-faced lies and vicious name-calling at our duly-elected President.  If she
 weren’t black, female and ugly as sin, no one would pay attention but, she is black,
 female, ugly as sin and by the way, a Member of the U. S. House of Reps.  It follows
 that the complicit, totally-biased media laps it up and so, we are confronted with
 her cartoonish image and grotesque, blathering audio on TV screens, 24/7.

Then, a U. S. Representative from Maryland, Elijah Cummings, cannot put two
 words together without one or more of them being ‘racism’.  He inhales & exhales
 opposition.  It’s what he does.  He is so partisan that it is laughably sad.

And formerly sublime John Lewis, a U. S. Representative from Georgia, claims that
 President Trump has racism in his DNA.  Lewis, an early cohort of Martin Luther 
King, had been viewed down through the years as a man with a conscience. 
 However, over the last decade or so, he has morphed into a caricature of his 
former stature as he sullies his own history every time he opens his mouth.

Question:  Precisely how does this trio of race-hustling mal-contents and the 
clueless, careless, something-for-nothing crowd that continues to re-elect them to
 the U. S. Congress, imagine that they are contributing anything but chaos to the
 national discourse?  Their combined contribution rivals the California mudslides.

I have a secret plan to destroy America. If you believe, as many do, that America is too smug, too white bread, too self-satisfied, too rich, let’s destroy America. It is not that hard to do. History shows that nations are more fragile than their citizens think. No nation in history has survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and they all fall, and that “an autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.” Here is my plan:

1. We must first make America a bilingual-bicultural country. History shows, in my opinion, that no nation can survive the tension, conflict and antagonism of two competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; it is a curse for a society to be bilingual. One scholar, Seymour Martin Lipset, put it this way: “The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension and tragedy. Canada, Belgium, Malaysia, Lebanon all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic rebellion. France faces difficulties with its Basques, Bretons and Corsicans.”

2. I would then invent “multiculturalism” and encourage immigrants to maintain their own culture. I would make it an article of belief that all cultures are equal: that there are no cultural differences that are important. I would declare it an article of faith that the black and Hispanic dropout rate is only due to prejudice and discrimination by the majority. Every other explanation is out-of-bounds.

3. We can make the United States a “Hispanic Quebec” without much effort. The key is to celebrate diversity rather than unity. As Benjamin Schwarz said in the Atlantic Monthly recently, “The apparent success of our own multiethnic and multicultural experiment might have been achieved, not by tolerance, but by hegemony. Without the dominance that once dictated ethnocentrically, and what it meant to be an American, we are left with only tolerance and pluralism to hold us together.” I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and culture. I would replace the melting pot metaphor with a salad bowl metaphor. It is important to insure that we have various cultural sub-groups living in America reinforcing their differences, rather than Americans emphasizing their similarities.

4. Having done all this, I would make our fastest-growing demographic group the least educated. I would add a second underclass, unassimilated, undereducated and antagonistic to our population. I would have this second underclass have a 50 percent dropout rate from school.

5. I would then get the big foundations and big business to give these efforts lots of money. I would invest in ethnic identity, and I would establish the cult of victimology. I would get all minorities to think their lack of success was all the fault of the majority. I would start a grievance industry blaming all minority failure on the majority population.

6. I would establish dual citizenship and promote divided loyalties. I would “celebrate diversity.” “Diversity” is a wonderfully seductive word. It stresses differences rather than commonalities. Diverse people worldwide are mostly engaged in hating each other–that is, when they are not killing each other. A “diverse,” peaceful or stable society is against most historical precedent. People undervalue the unity it takes to keep a nation together, and we can take advantage of this myopia.

Look at the ancient Greeks. Dorf’s “World History” tells us: “The Greeks believed that they belonged to the same race; they possessed a common language and literature; and they worshiped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic Games in honor of Zeus, and all Greeks venerated the shrine of Apollo at Delphi. A common enemy, Persia, threatened their liberty. Yet, all of these bonds together were not strong enough to overcome two factors … (local patriotism and geographical conditions that nurtured political divisions …)” If we can put the emphasis on the “pluribus,” instead of the “unum,” we can balkanize America as surely as Kosovo.

7. Then I would place all these subjects off-limits–make it taboo to talk about. I would find a word similar to “heretic” in the 16th century that stopped discussion and paralyzed thinking. Words like “racist”, “xenophobe” halt argument and conversation. Having made America a bilingual-bicultural country, having established multiculturalism, having the large foundations fund the doctrine of “victimology,” I would next make it impossible to enforce our immigration laws. I would develop a mantra –“because immigration has been good for America, it must always be good.” I would make every individual immigrant sympatric and ignore the cumulative impact.

8. Lastly, I would censor Victor Davis Hanson’s book “Mexifornia” –this book is dangerous; it exposes my plan to destroy America. So please, please–if you feel that America deserves to be destroyed–please, please–don’t buy this book! This guy is on to my plan.

Thanks to a legion of racist, dimwit followers who scoff at established law and disrespect those who are sworn to enforce the law, these are dissidents who get off on Obama’s anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-Semitic, anti-Constitution, anti-establishment, anti-American tradition rhetoric & tactics  – and despite the majority of everyday, working class American citizens who want nothing to do with this sick trend – Obama has gained  traction with this misguided movement.  By twisting the truth and shoveling hypocrisy by the shitload, he is predictably, having some success among the fools and bottom-feeders who slavishly get their news and talking points from CNN, MSNBC, NYTimes and the rest of the hard-left, utterly biased news media.

Nowhere in the 240+ year history of our nation, is there anything comparable to this most egregiously traitorous movement perpetrated by any organized force much less, one that is being spearheaded by a former President of the United States, with the stated goal of resisting any and all progress proposed by the duly-elected, sitting President & His Administration.  It is beyond stunning.  It is morally corrupt and wrong.

The legacy of Obama is replete with moral corruption and dead-wrong actions taken with intent to do harm to our Nation and its citizenry.  Obama, a certified Narcissist, is all about preserving his disgusting record of evil.

Any NFL team owner, any head coach and any football player who ‘takes a knee’ during the playing of the National Anthem should, in my opinion –

          be ‘given a knee’ – you can guess where.

I used to love to watch pro football;  No More.  I am not so starved for entertainment that I am willing to accept,  condone or forgive this unpatriotic, utterly stupid action that is unsupported by any valid reason I can imagine.

I believe that it is meant as a protest against perceived racism and authority-in-general, by an elite bunch of men who are outstanding athletes but, have yet to mature beyond the thug mentality of street gangs who beat up on helpless citizens, just for kicks.  They are misguided.

I am 100% behind President Donald Trump and applaud his courageous stand against those who would make a mockery of all that our beautiful nation represents.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Failed Test

That’s the first intelligent thing Jimmy Kimmel has had to say about health-insurance reform.

Kimmel is a late-night comedian and the father of a beautiful three-month-old boy who was born with a congenital heart defect. Kimmel has set himself up as the conscience of the current debate over the last effort at reforming health insurance, and Washington now talks of the “Jimmy Kimmel test,” which demands that insurance companies be obliged to cover preexisting conditions without exception or penalty. Kimmel has on his television program twice called Senator Bill Cassidy, author of insurance legislation under current consideration in Congress, a liar for putting forward legislation that would not treat preexisting conditions the way Kimmel would prefer to see them treated.

We wish the very best to Jimmy Kimmel and his young son, Billy, but holding up cute babies is a dumb way to approach complex policy questions.

It should be noted that the changes considered in the Cassidy bill would have no effect whatsoever on Billy Kimmel, inasmuch as those changes deal with the coverage of preexisting conditions in insurance policies sold on the individual market. Even the most precocious babies are not generally shopping for their own insurance policies from the womb; most of them are, like Billy Kimmel, covered under their parents’ group policies — if they are covered at all. And that latter condition is, of course, what this is really all about.

The question of what to do about preexisting conditions isn’t about insurance companies suddenly deciding that they will not cover this or that medical issue for people who have maintained continuous insurance coverage, but rather is a question about what to do about uninsured people with medical conditions who have decided to seek insurance. The basic architecture of the Affordable Care Act mandates that insurance companies essentially ignore preexisting conditions when writing new policies, obliging them to insure against events that already have happened — essentially requiring them to bet big on the Falcons in Super Bowl LI. This turns insurance on its head: Insurance is a risk-mitigation tool that does not work well when the event already has happened. It creates a perverse incentive: If there is no cost for the coverage of preexisting conditions, then people have no incentive to buy insurance at all until they are sick and need the benefits. In order to mitigate that problem, the Affordable Care Act mandates that every American buy insurance and maintain coverage, a mandate that has not been robustly enforced. That means insurance pools composed of sicker and older populations — which is why we have skyrocketing health-insurance premiums and insurance companies pulling out of markets left and right.

The Affordable Care Act is a poorly designed piece of legislation. It is easy to point to charismatic beneficiaries and conclude that it has been worth the trouble, but everything looks like a winning proposition when you count only the benefits and ignore the costs. In reality, the ACA led to millions of Americans experiencing the anguishing disruption of insurance arrangements with which they are perfectly content. President Barack Obama and his Democratic allies in Congress promised substantial savings from the ACA, but in fact the opposite has been the case. Insurance today is less affordable than it was when the ACA was passed, and it is in some ways less accessible, too: Many Americans have fewer choices today than they did before the ACA — or, in many cases, have no choice in providers at all.

One of the problems with having the national discussion led by lightly informed celebrities such as Jimmy Kimmel is that people begin to believe their own rhetoric, in this case that Republican health-insurance reformers are motivated by sheer malice or by obscure financial considerations. (Never mind that the biggest financial players in this case, the insurance companies themselves, oppose current Republican reform efforts and largely supported the ACA.) That makes discussing the actual problems at hand, and potential solutions to them, difficult or impossible. Republicans made a critical mistake in 2008 and 2009 when they rejected the enterprise of health-insurance reform per se, repeatedly insisting only that “we have the finest health-care system in the world,” oblivious to the fact that a great many Americans were unhappy about that system or anxious, with good reason, about the security and cost of their own health-care benefits. Democrats are today making the same mistake: Obamacare is now sacred writ so far as they are concerned, and the prospect of revisiting it a profanity. But, of course, many Americans remain dissatisfied with the current state of health insurance, and Republicans are taking small, awkward steps toward addressing that.

It is not the case, as Kimmel and others insist, that the Graham-Cassidy bill would throw 30 million people off their insurance plans or that it would simply cut off federal funding for insurance subsidies in 2026. Such dishonest histrionics do not advance the cause of responsible health-insurance reform. It would permit the states to seek waivers from the federal preexisting-conditions regulation and experiment with different approaches of their own. Ironically, the effectiveness of the Democrats’ charge that modifying the preexisting-conditions rule would see Americans dying in the streets illustrates why such painful changes are unlikely to be proposed or to pass: Such measures are unpopular, and state governments are held democratically accountable to their people, often in a much more immediate and rigorous way than the federal government is. Experimenting with different approaches to preexisting conditions would in fact be desirable; there is no reason to suppose that the best solution for New Jersey is also the best solution for Oklahoma, and the only thing that is entirely clear about the preexisting-conditions approach put forward in the ACA is that it is not working.

Thus Obama has become the white liberals' Christ, offering absolution from the Sin of Being White. There is no reason or logic behind it, no faults or flaws of his can diminish it, no arguments of any kind can be effective against it. The absurdity of Hypocrisy Clothed In Human Flesh being their Savior is all the more cause for liberals to worship him: Credo quia absurdum, I believe it because it is absurd.

Thank heavens that the voting majority of Americans remain Christian and are in no desperate need of a phony savior.

Senators' deceptions threaten Court nominee

Dear Patriots,

Senate Democrats have launched an intense campaign to demonize Supreme Court Nominee Neil Gorsuch by labeling him as being a misogynist, a man who places the rights of big business over individuals, excessively pro-Wall Street, and an extremist.

In spite of all of the threats and hurtful labels, Judge Gorsuch is on a whirlwind schedule this week to meet with a dozen Democrat Senators, including Diane Feinstein, who is the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Sen. Feinstein, along with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, will likely spearhead the Democrats' efforts to stop the nomination.

Ironically, this week Judge Gorsuch will be meeting with some of the same senators who helped unanimously confirm him to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in July 2006.

What changed?

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell believes he knows the answer. In an op-ed published by Politico, Sen. McConnell wrote,

"Turns out, much of the opposition we're seeing from far left groups and Democratic senators isn't really about Judge Gorsuch at all. It's about President Donald Trump.

Even before the president announced Gorsuch as his nominee, we read headlines like, 'Democrats Launch Scorched-Earth Strategy Against Trump.' We heard the Democratic leader promise to fight whoever he nominated to the court 'tooth-and-nail.' Now some of Senator Schumer's colleagues are attempting to paint this nominee as an 'extremist' and are calling for a filibuster before the ink is even dry on his nomination."

Contrary the the Democrats' propaganda, Judge Neil Gorsuch will help reestablish the rule of law in our nation, help restore the integrity of the Supreme Court, and help honor the legacy of Antonin Scalia in his rulings.

Now is the time to return this country to the rule of law through which judges interpret the original meaning of the Constitution and the laws before them.

Liberty Counsel's "Save Our Courts, Save Our Nation" campaign includes a citizen petition drive in support of Judge Gorsuch's confirmation. As you likely know, this is going to be an intense confirmation battle and we need as many signatures as possible for maximum impact. No one has asked me but . . . .

if they had -  I would have told them of my choice for the tailor-made, perfect fit for the extremely vital job of running this nation’s foreign affairs, as Secretary of State, it is . . . John Bolton.

He is hands down, the ideal man for the job – by qualifications, directly-related experience, talent and temperament.

It is my considered assessment that there is no more singularly-suited man for this job.  I say, ‘man for this job’ because most recently, we’ve had three women (I include John F. Kerry as one of them) occupying the top Diplomat position at Dept. of State; each has proven spectacularly incompetent.  

This is not to infer that there are no women in this nation who would be able to do a creditable job of diplomatic planning and decision-making.  Far from it; there are plenty of women who could. However, I believe that in the age we’re living in, the cards are stacked against women.  This is primarily due to the bigoted, misogynistic attitudes and practices entrenched in so many of the dozens of backward, Islamist-dominated countries all across the Globe.  They hold women, all women, in disdain.  So therefore, will never accept them as equals in any regard.  Until that situation changes, the Secretary of State must remain, ‘a man’s job’.

At this time, John Bolton is the man of the hour.  He has a vast store of knowledge about how diplomacy works.  That wisdom spans the gamut of the convoluted ins & outs of international diplomacy.  He knows a sizeable segment of the current world leaders on a one-to-one basis. He enjoys the trust and respect of all our allies and a goodly portion of those forces that have declared themselves to be enemies of the United States.

The person who is placed in the driver’s seat of our diplomatic efforts, must be smart, strong, experienced, wily and resolute.  John Bolton fits the bill.

Sheriff David Clarke on Obama's War on Cops

This is a portion of the transcript of Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke subbing for Glenn Beck on his radio Show. he transcript may have some slight errors.

Let me start with an introduction: I'm your host for today, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke. You may know me. You may not know me. It's irrelevant at this point. I'm the host today.

Let me take care of a couple of housekeeping measures first. This is the Glenn Beck Program. Glenn Beck is a brand. Glenn Beck has built this brand. He's worked hard at it. He's good at what he does. Every once in a while, he allows somebody to pilot the ship. I've done it before for him. It's an honor to be with you this morning and to be a part of this brand, the Glenn Beck Program. And I're to the protect the brand. But at the same time, as always, TheBlaze has given me the freedom to express my views, and they may differ from some of the things that Glenn says not many. They may differ from some of the things that you believe and espouse and so on and so forth. And that's okay.

I don't mind discourse. But I'm here to protect the brand. Not only to me, but it's important to Glenn as well, but there may be some times, some rocky moments. But I always remind the people tuning in, don't take it out on Glenn, please. Don't take it out on TheBlaze. Take it out on me. I have big shoulders. I get blamed for a lot of stuff. I get piled on a lot. It's kind of the environment I'm in. I don't whine about it. What's coming up on the program today? Well, first, we're going to start out with an election wrap-up. I know the election has been over since November 8th, November 9th. And; but there's a lot going on still. Today's a big day. The electoral college meets. That's when they truly pick the president of the United States, by the Constitution, by the law, and that will happen sometime today. All 50 states will gather. Their electors. And they'll make that determination.

If we go by the states that were won on November 8th, Donald Trump should be elected, duly elected, president of the United States, by the electoral college. But, you know, we're in some weird times. And some goofy things have happened and some goofy things will continue to happen. People continue to try to work the electors of the electoral college. Going to talk about that in one of the segments down the road.

Also going to talk about immigration. That is going to be a big issue for this upcoming Congress, the new Congress that will be seated on January 20th as well.


And the first 100 days are always talked about. A president; a new administration comes in. Even if the president is reelected and he starts another term, the first 100 days are important. They set the tone. The first 100 days is an opportunity, if you will, for the incoming president to set the stage, set the vision for the country, get some things going. It's very important they get off to a fast start. That's why they have this concept called the first 100 days. And I'll tell you what, it can make or break an administration. If you get bogged down, you will be that way, and you will struggle. So you've got to get out of the gate fast. Donald Trump plans to do just that, as he's putting his cabinet together. But immigration is one of those things this new Congress is going to have to take up.

It was one of the major platforms of the Trump campaign. Immigration reform. Closing the border. Building the wall. So on and so forth. There's some other things that he wants to address in that first 100 days as well, the repeal and replacement of Obamacare. So we'll talk about the immigration aspect of it because it's going to be big.

And there's many facets to that, as you may know. So I want to hear from you on that. Again, that number is 888-727-BECK. 888-727-2325.

Also, this first hour, we're going to talk about the opioid epidemic sweeping America. Folks, I want to tell you that this thing is touching everybody. It is a crisis. It's not getting all the attention; it's getting some media attention. But it's not getting all the attention that I think it should be. Because we're talking about a generation now of people, specifically young people, who have been gripped by this opioid and heroin epidemic. And we'll talk about that.
Also, I'll be joined by Heather Mac Donald, author of The War on Cops. Heather is a researcher, a Thomas W. Smith fellow at the Manhattan Institute. She's a contributing editor of the City Journal Magazine. She's written several books. Her latest one being The War on Cops. And we're going to talk about an article that was published in the Wall Street Journal over the weekend, how Donald Trump can change the rhetoric in the war on cops. So we'll be joined by her. And we'll have much, much more.

But here's where I want to start: This thing I opened up this program by saying I was not in a real good mood this morning. I learned over the weekend that President Obama in one final move, kicking law enforcement in the teeth by selecting an individual, Abu-Jamal. He's a cop killer. Actually, he didn't appoint Abu-Jamal. But Abu-Jamal is a cop killer, 1981, he killed Danny Faulkner in Philadelphia, a police officer who was 25 years old.

Abu-Jamal was a Black Panther. And what happened was the officer, Faulkner, made a traffic stop. A scuffle ensued. Abu-Jamal's brother was scuffling with the law enforcement officer. Abu-Jamal saw it. He came over. He shot and killed Officer Faulkner. Officer Faulkner was found face up, bullets in his back. He shot him before he hit the ground, then stood over him, straddled him, and shot him in the forehead. Very famous case.

Abu-Jamal was convicted and sentenced to death. And then in a turn of events, he was granted a new trial because there was an error in the jury instructions on a death penalty. So they settled the case, giving him life in prison without parole.
Anyway, there was an attorney. Debo Adegbile. Debo Adegbile was an attorney for the NAACP, the legal defense fund. He was not representing Abu-Jamal. Abu-Jamal had competent counsel, but he entered a brief into the case; a friend of the court, talking about Debo Adegbile.

Debo Adegbile is a straight-up cop hater and a black racialist. Several times President Obama tried to jam Debo Adegbile down our throats, first by nominating him to be a federal judge and then tried to nominate him; both of these required US Senate confirmation. He tried to nominate him to head the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice.

Now, keep in mind, Debo Adegbile is a straight-up cop hater. He's not a good fit to lead the civil rights division of the United States Department of Justice. He's also not a good fit to be a federal judge.

Because like I said, he's a black racialist. He sees everything through the lens of race. Thinks all whites are racist. The Senate struck down his; his judgeship. And then he withdrew; Adegbile withdrew his name from consideration for the US DOJ Civil Rights Division post because he wasn't going to be confirmed.

Well, in one last move, President Obama put this individual; I got to be careful here. But I said I'm not in a good mood today. But he put him on the US DOJ Civil Rights Division, in an appointment that's going to last six years. A kick in the teeth to every law enforcement officer in the country.

This is who Barack Obama is. Barack Obama is also a straight-up cop hater. I've said that before. I've said that on TV, nationally. And people would ask, ;Do you really believe that President Obama is a cop hater? And I'd look them right back in the eye and go, Yes, I do, and I can prove it. And I'd go on to state these instances. This is just one. But you remember the Cambridge, Massachusetts, case, where a friend of Obama's was arrested by Cambridge Police. And Obama said the police officers academy stupidly in arresting his friend.

No, they didn't. They were doing their job. That started it.

Obama was also very intricate in starting the war on cops. So we'll see how this goes. I think incoming US attorney Jeff Sessions would do well to find a spot, if they can't stop this move — to find some spot in some corner office and have Debo Adegbile counting paper clips. That's kind of what needs to happen. We're going to take a break. On the other side, we're going to come back, and we're going to talk some post-election wrap-up. I just tell you the way I see it. Am I right on everything? Of course not. Do I have all the answers? Not hardly.

However, I put it to you straight. Straight talk is what you're going to get from me. Unvarnished. And I offer some things that are food for thought for a way forward.

Now, let's get into this post election, presidential election. 2016. Happened on November 8th. A lot has been said about it. Much has been talked about, but you haven't heard my perspective on this thing.

We may differ a little bit on some of the things here, but like I said, I don't shy away from that. I believe discourse, differing points of view, different schools of thought, I believe that stuff is healthy in a democracy. We should be able to politely disagree. Some spirited discourse back and forth. Nothing wrong with that. I love that. Like I said, I think it's healthy in a democracy. And it shouldn't denigrate into the name-calling and some of the other things that it does when people differ with somebody else's views. Let's just have educated conversation and skip all the other stuff. You know, I mean, if you say something; for instance, if somebody has different views on gay marriage, all of a sudden you're a homophobe. You know, if you believe that the United States is a Judeo-Christian nation; not to the exclusion of any other religion. Did not say that. But if you believe that the principles that this country are founded on were Judeo-Christian, if you believe that, then you're an Islamophobe. Right? That's what it denigrates into.

And you can go on and on and on. You're a racist if you believe in the Constitution, the rule of law, the Founding Fathers, the history of this nation, you're a racist. And that's what everything seems to end up; where everything seems to end up, and it's very unfortunate. Because like I said, you know, with critical thought, we truly can move this nation forward and become this shining city on the hill that I believe we already are. But we've gotten away from some concepts that have grounded this nation and led it to be that shining city on a hill. But if we just allow people to shut down people we don't agree with, it's not going to be very good.

But, you know, the post election, I look back; and I supported Donald Trump for president of the United States. I supported him after the primary. I stayed out of endorsing anybody in the primary, Republican primary, I'm talking about. First of all, I'm not a member of the Republican Party. I'm not a member of the Democrat Party.

I run as a Democrat. Sheriff in Milwaukee County. I'm elected as a Democrat. But I don't belong to a political party. I don't believe in belonging to a political party. If you do, that's your business. I don't care what your politics are. It's neither here nor there. But that's why I didn't endorse anybody in the Republican Party. I wanted the people — we, the people, the members of that party to select a candidate. So I stayed out of the way. I had numerous candidates ask me to endorse them during the primary. I stayed out of it. I made it clear. I'm keeping my powder dry. But I made this clear to whoever comes out of this process as the nominee for the Republican Party, I will back and I will back 100 percent.
Folks, I'm a man of my word. And when I say something, you can take it to the bank. So Donald Trump obviously was the victor. And he came back around to me and asked for support. And I said to him, Mr. President; he wasn't president at the time. I said, Mr. Trump, I don't know what I can do for you. But I made it clear I'd back whoever won. You are the winner. I will do everything I can. I will fight as hard as I can to help you become the 45th president of the United States. That's how I arrived at my decision.

And I just believe that after that process, the convention, which I spoke at; that was an honor. I thought it was time for conservatives, Republicans, Libertarians, some independents, to put all that stuff aside in the name of the country. That's what I did. And that's why I supported Donald Trump. I offered no apology. I'm just trying to tell you where I came from in that decision. But you look at what's happening now with this; this whole process. Election is over. The election is over. We have a president-elect, his name is Donald Trump. He's putting his government together. He's putting his cabinet together.

And he needs our support, folks, for the country. All right? The left even today, with the electoral college, they don't want to believe that the election is over. But it is.

A Japanese description of the Palestinians.....

It is so ironic that a Japanese person, from a country we and our allies defeated when they were allies with Germany , wrote so brilliantly about the fatal problems that have been facing Israel since the end of the war in which they were allied with those who wanted to annihilate Jews! This is a brilliant assessment.

If you are so sure that ' Palestine , the country, goes back through most of recorded history,' I expect you to be able to answer a few basic questions about that country of Palestine :

1. When was it founded and by whom?

2. What were its borders?

3. What was its capital?

4. What were its major cities or name one major city?

5. What constituted the basis of its economy?

6. What was its form of government?

7. Can you name at least one Palestinian leader before Arafat?

8. Was Palestine ever recognized by a country whose existence, at that time or now, leaves no room for interpretation?

9. What was the language of the country of Palestine?

10. What was the prevalent religion of the country of Palestine?

11. What was the name of its currency? Choose any date in history and tell what was the approximate exchange rate of the Palestinian monetary unit against the US dollar, German mark, GB pound, Japanese yen, or Chinese yuan on that date.

12. And, finally, since there is no such country today, what caused its demise and when did it occur?

You are lamenting the 'low sinking' of a 'once proud' nation. Please tell me, when exactly was that 'nation' proud and what was it so proud of?

And here is the least sarcastic question of all: If the people you mistakenly call 'Palestinians' are anything but generic Arabs collected from all over -- or thrown out of -- the Arab world, if they really have a genuine ethnic identity that gives them right for self-determination, why did they never try to become independent until Arabs suffered their devastating defeat in the Six Day War.

I hope you avoid the temptation to trace the modern day 'Palestinians' to the Biblical Philistines: substituting etymology for history won't work here.

The truth should be obvious to everyone who wants to know it. Arab countries have never abandoned the dream of destroying Israel ; they still cherish it today. Having time and again failed to achieve their evil goal with military means, they decided to fight Israel by proxy. For that purpose, they created a terrorist organization, cynically called it 'the Palestinian people' and installed it in Gaza , Judea, and Samaria. How else can you explain the refusal by Jordan and Egypt to unconditionally accept back the 'West Bank' and Gaza, respectively?

The fact is, Arabs populating Gaza , Judea, and Samaria have much less claim to nationhood than that Indian tribe that successfully emerged in Connecticut with the purpose of starting a tax-exempt casino: at least that tribe had a constructive goal that motivated them. The so-called 'Palestinians' have only one?motivation: the destruction of Israel , and in?my book that is not sufficient to consider them a nation' -- or anything else except what they really are: a terrorist organization that will one day be dismantled

In fact, there is only one way to achieve peace in the Middle East . Arab countries must acknowledge and accept their defeat in their war against Israel and, as the losing side should, pay Israel reparations for the more than 50 years of devastation they have visited on it. The most appropriate form of such reparations would be the removal of their terrorist organization from the land of Israel and accepting Israel 's ancient sovereignty over Gaza , Judea, and Samaria .

That will mark the end of the Palestinian people. What are you saying again was its beginning?
