Top 12 Reasons People Vote Democrat
When someone cannot explain why they voted for Democrats, give them this list. They can then pick their reasons from this "TOP 12"...
1. I voted Democrat because I believe oil companies' profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn't.
2. I voted Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of
spending the money I earn than I would.
3. I voted Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is
offended by it.
4. I voted Democrat because I'm way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves.

I digress, so any Independents who felt the need for self-loathing and White Guilt trips learned in Public Schools and ultimately voted for this ACORN Thug, well you are guilty also!

Why can't Wisconsin Public-School 8th Graders Read Proficiently?
When the TOTUS (Teleprompter of the United States) said "now is not the time to make profits", was that for the Unions too? The TOTUS is in everyone's business yet his budget and ideas are a disaster. Two-Thirds of Wisconsin Public-School 8th Graders Can’t Read Proficiently—Despite Highest Per Pupil Spending in Midwest

(CNSNews.com) - Two-thirds of the eighth graders in Wisconsin public schools cannot read proficiently according to the U.S. Department of Education, despite the fact that Wisconsin spends more per pupil in its public schools than any other state in the Midwest.
In the National Assessment of Educational Progress tests administered by the U.S. Department of Education in 2009—the latest year available—only 32 percent of Wisconsin public-school eighth graders earned a “proficient” rating while another 2 percent earned an “advanced” rating. The other 66 percent of Wisconsin public-school eighth graders earned ratings below “proficient,” including 44 percent who earned a rating of “basic” and 22 percent who earned a rating of “below basic.”
The test also showed that the reading abilities of Wisconsin public-school eighth graders had not improved at all between 1998 and 2009 despite a significant inflation-adjusted increase in the amount of money Wisconsin public schools spent per pupil each year.
In 1998, according to the U.S. Department of Education, Wisconsin public school eighth graders scored an average of 266 out of 500 on the NAEP reading test. In 2009, Wisconsin public school eighth graders once again scored an average of 266 out of 500 on the NAEP reading test. Meanwhile, Wisconsin public schools increased their per pupil expenditures from $4,956 per pupil in 1998 to 10,791 per pupil in 2008. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics inflation calculator the $4,956 Wisconsin spent per pupil in 1998 dollars equaled $6,546 in 2008 dollars. That means that from 1998 to 2008, Wisconsin public schools increased their per pupil spending by $4,245 in real terms yet did not add a single point to the reading scores of their eighth graders and still could lift only one-third of their eighth graders to at least a “proficient” level in reading.
The $10,791 that Wisconsin spent per pupil in its public elementary and secondary schools in fiscal year 2008 was more than any other state in the Midwest.
Neighboring Illinois spent $10,353 per student in 2008, Minnesota spent $10,048 per student; Iowa spent $9,520 per student. Among Midwest states, Nebraska was second to Wisconsin in per pupil spending in its public schools, spending $10,565 per student.
Of these nearby states, only Minnesota did slightly better teaching reading to its public school students. In 2009, 39 percent of eighth graders in Minnesota public schools earned a rating of “proficient” or better in reading, and the average eighth grade reading score in the state was 270 out of 500.
In Illinois, only 32 percent of eighth graders earned a rating of “proficient” or better in reading, and the average eighth grade reading score was 265 out of 500. In Iowa, only 32 percent of eighth graders earned a rating of “proficient” or better in reading, and the average reading score was 265 out of 500. In Nebraska, only 35 percent of eighth graders earned a rating of “proficient” or better in their public schools, and the average reading score was 267 out of 500.

In fiscal 2008, the federal government provided $669.6 million in subsidies to the public schools in Wisconsin.

Dallas' Solution - Taking uninsured cars off the highway
Recently, in the City of Dallas, Texas, they passed an ordinance that if you are pulled over by law enforcement and not able to provide proof of Car Insurance, your car will be towed right away.
Afterwards, to retrieve your car after being impounded, you must show proof of insurance to have your car released.
This has made it easy for the City of Dallas to remove uninsured cars that are typically driven by mostly illegals. Shortly after "No insurance" ordinance was passed, the Dallas impound lots began to fill up quickly and were full after nine days. Most of the impounded cars were driven by illegals.
Not only must you provide proof of insurance to have your car released, you have to pay for the cost of the tow, a $350 fine, and charged $20 for every day their car is kept in the lot.
I would suggest other cities across the nation to follow what Dallas, Texas is doing. Not only is it getting uninsured drivers off the road, but it is taking away vehicles driven by illegals that have no Texas Car Insurance that might endanger your life.
Brings a tear to my eye!!! GO Texas!!!!
Get them off the road WITHOUT making them show proof of nationality. Wonder how the ACLU or the Justice Department will get around this one.

Start A Business? In The United States? Are You Kidding Me?
So we now have the Marxist Regime going after the Internet. Take, steal, lie and bribe. The New Marxist Democrat Party will not stop until they destroy America and all creativity here. The Regime wants us all to be like Crackhead Larry and rely on THE GOVERNMENT for everything. Those who put this TOTUS in the White House owe America a huge debt. Many of you have decided that you are going to attempt to start a business in the United States today. Many of you are still convinced that this is "the land of opportunity" and that starting a business is fairly easy. Are you sure about that? Are you certain that you have considered all of the headaches involved? Are you sure that you are ready to handle the thousands of regulations that apply to your business and the mountains of paperwork mandated by various levels of government?
Are you prepared to deal with entrenched unions, predatory lawyers and rabid environmentalists? The truth is that the business environment has never been this toxic in all of U.S. history. So even if you are able to start a viable business that can compete with the monolithic global corporations that dominate our economy, you still might not be able to make it. In the end, thousands upon thousands of businesses across America have been doomed to failure by ridiculous regulations, mountains of paperwork, health insurance costs, predatory lawsuits or corrupt government officials. So do you really think that you can beat the odds?
Historically, small businesses have been the driving force behind America's economic growth. But today, we have made the business environment so complicated that small business owners are being completely smothered by red tape.
The following are 10 areas that anyone wishing to start a small business had better think about before moving forward. When you really stop and think about it, the fact that anyone out there is still attempting to start small businesses in America today is absolutely amazing.
#1 Regulations
If you plan to start a business in America today, you better get a hold of a good lawyer. In fact, if you want to be safe, you better get a small army of lawyers. You are going to need an expert on the federal regulations that apply to your business, you are going to need an expert on the state regulations that apply to your business and you are going to need an expert on the local regulations that apply to your business.
There are going to literally be thousands of regulations that apply to any business started inside the United States today. There is no way that you will ever be able to learn them all. Not only that, but the truth is that your lawyers will only be aware of a small fraction of them.
Do you know what the Federal Register is? The Federal Register is the primary source of regulations for U.S. government agencies. In 1936, the number of pages in the Federal Register was about 2,600. Today, the Federal Register is over 80,000 pages long. That is just one example of how bad things have gotten.
So what do you do? Well, just do your best to try to learn about the major regulations that apply to your business and pray that you don't end up violating some important regulation that you are not even aware of.
#2 Paperwork
Do you know what paperwork the federal government expects you to fill out? Do you know what paperwork the state government expects you to fill out? Do you know what paperwork the city or the county expect you to fill out? Do you know what paperwork you will be required to fill out when hiring a new employee?
The truth is that the paperwork burden on small businesses has multiplied in recent years. Many small business owners are so swamped with paperwork that they barely have time to conduct their actual businesses.
For example, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is projecting that the food service industry will have to spend an additional 14 million hours every single year just to comply with a new federal regulation that mandates that all vending machine operators and chain restaurants must label all products that they sell with a calorie count in a location visible to the consumer.
14 million hours just to comply with one ridiculous regulation? Yes, that is how bizarre things have gotten in America in 2010.
#3 Fees And Fines
Many small business creators in America are absolutely horrified to learn of the fees and fines that they must pay before they can ever even open their doors. Much of the time it is revenue-starved local governments that are the biggest culprits.
For example, a reader of this column named Gene recently shared his regulatory horror story with us....
Started a new business this year in AZ. Paid over $10,000 in fees for permitting, $10,000 in fee for elec hookup, $10,000 in fees for gas hook up and an extra $200 fee per month just for the “privilege” of having gas. Adding up all the fees to start our business, I don’t think we would do it again. We are now just getting to the point that we are making our bills each month, and so we are not taking a paycheck, and don’t anticipate one for at least another year. Our family has been in business for ourselves for decades,and we know what we are doing, but the rising fees caught us off guard. Cities, municipalities, counties and states are raising all fees at astronomical rates to help offset the slump in their real estate income (since banks apparently don’t have to pay real estate taxes)…I’m telling you every business person I know is on their last leg.
#4 Taxes
The United States has one of the most (if not the most) repressive business taxation scheme in the world. As a small business owner, do you know what taxes you will be expected to pay? It is not just federal income taxes and state income taxes that you will be paying. #5 Health Insurance
Do you know if you will be required to provide health insurance for your new employees? Have you familiarized yourself with the new 2,409 page health care law enough to be able to set up a health insurance program?
As a result of the new health care law, health insurance premiums for employees are shooting through the roof. Are you going to be able to afford them? Would it be better to have fewer employees and work each of them harder so that you won't have to provide health coverage for as many people?
Will you be able to compete with the companies in your industry that have received waivers from having to comply with the new health care law?
In the United States, our system places the burden of providing health care on to the backs of employers. So are you ready to handle that burden?
#6 Pensions
Will the employees of your new business need pensions? Do you know how to set up a 401K program? Do you know what defined benefit plans are?
You can literally sit through an entire law school course on pension law and still understand virtually nothing about the subject. The truth is that if you plan to provide your employees with some kind of pension program you had better hire someone who can at least pretend that they know what they are talking about to set it up for you.
#7 Foreign Competition
Especially if you are creating a small business that does manufacturing, you are going to have to deal with foreign competition.
So are you going to be able to compete with the companies in your industry that pay their workers on the other side of the world less than a tenth of what you are paying to your American workers?
On the other side of the world, companies often don't have to worry about unions, worker's comp, health benefits, retirement benefits, nightmarish environmental regulations, crushing taxes or miles of paperwork and red tape.
Are you certain that you can compete against that?
#8 Lawsuits
The more successful you become, the more inviting of a target you are going to be for predatory lawsuits. The truth is that the courtrooms of America are packed with thousands of them, and the lawyers that bring them are hardly ever held accountable.
All of your hard work can go down the drain in a single moment. There are hordes of lawyers out there that make their living by filing lawsuits against small to mid-size businesses.
The truth is that if you are running a small business, you are probably doing something wrong.
Just hope and pray that a predatory lawyer does not find out.
#9 Environmentalists
Protecting the environment is a good thing. Unfortunately, there are many radical "environmentalist" groups that consider it to be a bad thing that humans even breathe because it produces carbon dioxide.
When Audi ran their now famous "Green Police" commercial during the Super Bowl last year, most Americans laughed it off and thought that nothing like that could ever happen in America. Well, it turns out that it is happening in America.
Not only are government environmental regulations totally nightmarish at this point, but there are a growing number of radical environmentalist groups that are running around the country filing lawsuits against whoever they feel like.
#10 The Federal Government
Are you prepared for a federal government that can literally change all the rules at any time?
Many businesses across America are frozen in their tracks at this point because they don't know what Obama and the U.S. Congress are going to do next.
The truth is that things are getting really bizarre in this country. For example, federal agents recently raided an Amish farm at 5 A.M. in the morning because they were selling "unauthorized" raw milk.
If federal agents will raid an Amish farmer at 5 AM in the morning over some raw milk, do you think that they are going to have any mercy on your small business when the time comes?
The America that once embraced "free enterprise" and the entrepreneurial spirit is dead and gone.
Now we are a country filled with bureaucrats and red tape from sea to shining sea.
Is it any wonder why we can't compete with the rest of the world?
Is it any wonder why so many millions of Americans are unemployed and can't find jobs?
In an attempt to "solve" our problems we just keep passing more "reform" which means even more rules and regulations for our businesses to follow.
Just as they are doing on an individual level, the government is attempting to watch, track and control everything that our businesses are doing.
Everywhere you look in American society today, the government is gradually tightening the steel-fisted grip that is has around everyone and everything. Pretty soon you won't even be able to sneeze without the government telling you how to do it correctly.
Is that really the kind of society that we all want to live in?

The following are 10 areas that anyone wishing to start a small business had better think about before moving forward. When you really stop and think about it, the fact that anyone out there is still attempting to start small businesses in America today is absolutely amazing.
#1 Regulations
If you plan to start a business in America today, you better get a hold of a good lawyer. In fact, if you want to be safe, you better get a small army of lawyers. You are going to need an expert on the federal regulations that apply to your business, you are going to need an expert on the state regulations that apply to your business and you are going to need an expert on the local regulations that apply to your business.
There are going to literally be thousands of regulations that apply to any business started inside the United States today. There is no way that you will ever be able to learn them all. Not only that, but the truth is that your lawyers will only be aware of a small fraction of them.
Do you know what the Federal Register is? The Federal Register is the primary source of regulations for U.S. government agencies. In 1936, the number of pages in the Federal Register was about 2,600. Today, the Federal Register is over 80,000 pages long. That is just one example of how bad things have gotten.
So what do you do? Well, just do your best to try to learn about the major regulations that apply to your business and pray that you don't end up violating some important regulation that you are not even aware of.
#2 Paperwork
Do you know what paperwork the federal government expects you to fill out? Do you know what paperwork the state government expects you to fill out? Do you know what paperwork the city or the county expect you to fill out? Do you know what paperwork you will be required to fill out when hiring a new employee?
The truth is that the paperwork burden on small businesses has multiplied in recent years. Many small business owners are so swamped with paperwork that they barely have time to conduct their actual businesses.
For example, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is projecting that the food service industry will have to spend an additional 14 million hours every single year just to comply with a new federal regulation that mandates that all vending machine operators and chain restaurants must label all products that they sell with a calorie count in a location visible to the consumer.
14 million hours just to comply with one ridiculous regulation? Yes, that is how bizarre things have gotten in America in 2010.
#3 Fees And Fines
Many small business creators in America are absolutely horrified to learn of the fees and fines that they must pay before they can ever even open their doors. Much of the time it is revenue-starved local governments that are the biggest culprits.
For example, a reader of this column named Gene recently shared his regulatory horror story with us....
Started a new business this year in AZ. Paid over $10,000 in fees for permitting, $10,000 in fee for elec hookup, $10,000 in fees for gas hook up and an extra $200 fee per month just for the “privilege” of having gas. Adding up all the fees to start our business, I don’t think we would do it again. We are now just getting to the point that we are making our bills each month, and so we are not taking a paycheck, and don’t anticipate one for at least another year. Our family has been in business for ourselves for decades,and we know what we are doing, but the rising fees caught us off guard. Cities, municipalities, counties and states are raising all fees at astronomical rates to help offset the slump in their real estate income (since banks apparently don’t have to pay real estate taxes)…I’m telling you every business person I know is on their last leg.
#4 Taxes

#5 Health Insurance
Do you know if you will be required to provide health insurance for your new employees? Have you familiarized yourself with the new 2,409 page health care law enough to be able to set up a health insurance program?
As a result of the new health care law, health insurance premiums for employees are shooting through the roof. Are you going to be able to afford them? Would it be better to have fewer employees and work each of them harder so that you won't have to provide health coverage for as many people?
Will you be able to compete with the companies in your industry that have received waivers from having to comply with the new health care law?
In the United States, our system places the burden of providing health care on to the backs of employers. So are you ready to handle that burden?
#6 Pensions
Will the employees of your new business need pensions? Do you know how to set up a 401K program? Do you know what defined benefit plans are?
You can literally sit through an entire law school course on pension law and still understand virtually nothing about the subject. The truth is that if you plan to provide your employees with some kind of pension program you had better hire someone who can at least pretend that they know what they are talking about to set it up for you.
#7 Foreign Competition
Especially if you are creating a small business that does manufacturing, you are going to have to deal with foreign competition.
So are you going to be able to compete with the companies in your industry that pay their workers on the other side of the world less than a tenth of what you are paying to your American workers?
On the other side of the world, companies often don't have to worry about unions, worker's comp, health benefits, retirement benefits, nightmarish environmental regulations, crushing taxes or miles of paperwork and red tape.
Are you certain that you can compete against that?
#8 Lawsuits
The more successful you become, the more inviting of a target you are going to be for predatory lawsuits. The truth is that the courtrooms of America are packed with thousands of them, and the lawyers that bring them are hardly ever held accountable.
All of your hard work can go down the drain in a single moment. There are hordes of lawyers out there that make their living by filing lawsuits against small to mid-size businesses.
The truth is that if you are running a small business, you are probably doing something wrong.
Just hope and pray that a predatory lawyer does not find out.
#9 Environmentalists
Protecting the environment is a good thing. Unfortunately, there are many radical "environmentalist" groups that consider it to be a bad thing that humans even breathe because it produces carbon dioxide.
When Audi ran their now famous "Green Police" commercial during the Super Bowl last year, most Americans laughed it off and thought that nothing like that could ever happen in America. Well, it turns out that it is happening in America.
Not only are government environmental regulations totally nightmarish at this point, but there are a growing number of radical environmentalist groups that are running around the country filing lawsuits against whoever they feel like.
#10 The Federal Government
Are you prepared for a federal government that can literally change all the rules at any time?
Many businesses across America are frozen in their tracks at this point because they don't know what Obama and the U.S. Congress are going to do next.
The truth is that things are getting really bizarre in this country. For example, federal agents recently raided an Amish farm at 5 A.M. in the morning because they were selling "unauthorized" raw milk.
If federal agents will raid an Amish farmer at 5 AM in the morning over some raw milk, do you think that they are going to have any mercy on your small business when the time comes?
The America that once embraced "free enterprise" and the entrepreneurial spirit is dead and gone.
Now we are a country filled with bureaucrats and red tape from sea to shining sea.
Is it any wonder why we can't compete with the rest of the world?
Is it any wonder why so many millions of Americans are unemployed and can't find jobs?
In an attempt to "solve" our problems we just keep passing more "reform" which means even more rules and regulations for our businesses to follow.
Just as they are doing on an individual level, the government is attempting to watch, track and control everything that our businesses are doing.
Everywhere you look in American society today, the government is gradually tightening the steel-fisted grip that is has around everyone and everything. Pretty soon you won't even be able to sneeze without the government telling you how to do it correctly.
Is that really the kind of society that we all want to live in?
What a nightmare.

Barry's Justice Department Rocked by Investigation Findings

The Ulsterman Report: Obama Justice Department Rocked by Investigation Findings
Non-partisan 144-page report indicates ongoing DOJ cover-up in Black Panther voter intimidation case with possible direct participation from Obama White House.
The implications found within the 144 page report issued by the non-partisan U.S. Commission on Civil Rights regarding the investigations into the New Black Panther voter intimidation case from 2008 appears to strongly indicate a cover up initiated by figures within the Obama Department of Justice, and quite possibly the White House itself. Within the context of this cover up, are found accusations of intimidation and non compliance within the Department of Justice throughout the comprehensive investigation.
At the heart of the investigation are allegations the Department of Justice aggressively prevented some within its own department from fully and fairly investigating the Black Panther voter intimidation case filed shortly after the 2008 presidential election.
Page 85 of the report indicates members of the Obama administration felt the DOJ should primarily focus on charges brought on behalf of minorities, not against them – in essence, an institutionally approved and promoted form of reverse racism. When some DOJ officials raised concerns over this, they were, according to the details of the report, subjected to intimidation and marginalization by their superiors within the Obama Justice Department.
Primary among these examples was former Department attorney Christopher Coates, who testified to the commission that the DOJ had, “deep seated opposition to the equal enforcement of the Voting Rights Act against racial minorities and for the protection of white voters who had been discriminated against.” Shortly after raising concerns over the New Black Panther case having been dropped by the Department, Coates testified to the commission that his authority was systematically reduced and his concerns over the handling of the New Black Panther voter intimidation case ignored, ultimately leading to his resignation from the DOJ.
As the Commission on Civil Rights’ investigation proceeded, another member of the Department of Justice, J. Christian Adams, resigned due in part to what he felt to be incorrect and or misleading testimony by Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez.
This reasoning for this resignation was given by Adams under oath to the commission on July 6th, 2010. In this testimony, Adams indicated that he had being instructed by the Department not to comply with the requests of the commission’s investigation – in essence, ordering him to participate in a cover-up. The Civil Rights Commission itself lends significant credibility to the possibility of a Department of Justice cover-up, stating within page 104 of the report, “…a serious question exists as to whether the Department’s attempt to prevent Mr. Coates and Mr. Adams from testifying was based on concerns other than protecting legitimate institutional privileges.” (emphasis added)
The commission report goes on to outline a consistent pattern of non-compliance from the Obama administration’s Department of Justice, with to date, no direct explanation as to why the DOJ has yet to adequately respond to the investigation’s requests for further information and/or explanation regarding the apparent irregularities associated with the Black Panther voter intimidation case. Page 105 of the report then opens the possibility of direct White House involvement in the ongoing non-compliance, stating, “The Department simply ignored the question of whether the President, or Department official on his behalf, had invoked executive privilege.”
In May of 2010 the Justice Department stated that President Obama had not and would not assert executive privilege. When pressed by the commission to then explain what privilege the DOJ was utilizing to not comply with the commission’s request for information, Assistant Attorney General Perez answer was, according to the commission, “largely non-responsive”.
The commission then goes on to denounce the DOJ’s refusal to provide requested information in the following scathing terms that again point to the strong possibility of a cover-up, “…vague and unexplained assertions of privilege by the Department raise serious questions as to the Department’s degree of cooperation and whether its explanations serve the legitimate concerns of the agency.”
At the time of publication, the commission report listed the following requests that remain unanswered by the Obama Department of Justice:
1. The Department refused to authorize Christopher Coates and J. Christian Adams to
testify before the Commission. These individuals appeared over the objections of the
Department. Even then, Mr. Coates and Mr. Adams felt obligated to honor the
Department’s privilege claims that some on the Commission believe are not valid in
the absence of an invocation of executive privilege.
2. With regard to documents withheld, the Department has not specified the privileges being invoked, other than implying in its May 13, 2010 letter that the Department’s “well-established command that “[a]ll federal agencies shall cooperate fully with the Commission.” confidentiality interests” (emphasis added) override the statutory In addition, as discussed above, the Department has refused to provide a privilege log as requested by the Commission.
3. The Department refused to provide witness statements from poll watchers Mike Mauro, Chris Hill, Steve Morse, Wayne Byman, Joe Fischetti, Larry Counts, Angela Counts, and Harry Lewis; defendant Malik Zulu Shabazz; police officer Richard Alexander; and Republican Party officials Joe DeFelice and John Giordano.
4. The Department heavily redacted the FBI incident reports that have been produced.

Rosenbaum.
6. The Department refused to provide documents constituting and concerning the
communications between the trial team and Loretta King and Steve Rosenbaum, including an April 2009 memorandum referenced in a press report, prepared by the trial team in response to Mr. Rosenbaum’s concerns.
7. The Department refused to provide e-mails between Civil Rights Division officials,
such as Loretta King and Steven Rosenbaum, and other Department officials, such as
Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perrelli, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Sam
Hirsch, and Deputy Attorney General David Ogden, relating to the NBPP case.
8. There are several documents referred to in the Appellate Section memo that have not been produced: an e-mail from the Voting Section to the Civil Rights Division of
May 1, 2009; a Draft Motion for Default Judgment (dated April 30, 2009); a Draft

This California Teacher Talks about Illegal Aliens
This should make everyone think, whether you are a NAZI Democrat, Republican or Independent.
This English teacher has phrased it the best I’ve seen yet “Tomatoes and Cheap Labor.”
CHEAP TOMATOES?
“As you listen to the news about the student protests over illegal immigration, there are some things that you should be aware of:
I am in charge of the English-as-a-second-language department at a large southern California high school, which is, designated a Title 1 school, meaning that its students average lower socioeconomic and income levels.
Most of the schools you are hearing about, South Gate High, Bell Gardens, Huntington Park, etc., where these students are protesting, are also Title 1 schools.
Title 1 schools are on the free breakfast and free lunch program. When I say free breakfast, I’m not talking a glass of milk and roll — but a full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would make a Marriott proud. The waste of this food is monumental, with trays and trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK)
I estimate that well over 50% of these students are obese or at least moderately overweight. About 75% or more DO have cell phones. The school also provides day care centers for the unwed teenage pregnant girls (some as young as 13) so they can attend class without the inconvenience of having to arrange for babysitters or having family watch their kids. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK)
I was ordered to spend $700,000 on my department or risk losing funding for the upcoming year even though there was little need for anything; my budget was already substantial. I ended up buying new computers for the computer learning center, half of which, one month later, have been carved with graffiti by the appreciative students who obviously feel humbled and grateful to have a free education in America. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK)
I have had to intervene several times for young and substitute teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students here in the country less then 3 months who raised so much hell with the female teachers, calling them “Putas”, whores and throwing things that the teachers were in tears.
Free medical, free education, free food, daycare etc., etc, etc. Is it any wonder they feel entitled to not only be in this country but to demand rights, privileges and entitlements?
To those who want to point out how much these illegal immigrants contribute to our society because they LIKE their gardener and housekeeper and they like to pay less for tomatoes: spend some time in the real world of illegal immigration and see the TRUE costs.
Higher insurance, medical facilities closing, higher medical costs, more crime, lower standards of education in our schools, overcrowding, new diseases etc., etc, etc. For me, I’ll pay more for tomatoes.
We need to wake up. The guest worker program will be a disaster because we won’t have the guts to enforce it. Does anyone in their right mind really think they will voluntarily leave and return?
It does, however, have everything to do with culture: A third-world culture that does not value education, that accepts children getting pregnant and dropping out of school by 15 and that refuses to assimilate, and an American culture that has become so weak and worried about “politically correctness” that we don’t have the will to do anything about it.
If this makes your blood boil, as it did mine, forward this to everyone you know.
CHEAP LABOR? Isn’t that what the whole immigration issue is about?
Business doesn’t want to pay a decent wage.
Consumers don’t want expensive produce.
Government will tell you Americans don’t want the jobs.
But the bottom line is cheap labor. The phrase “cheap labor” is a myth, a farce, and a lie. There is no such thing as “cheap labor.”

This English teacher has phrased it the best I’ve seen yet “Tomatoes and Cheap Labor.”
CHEAP TOMATOES?
“As you listen to the news about the student protests over illegal immigration, there are some things that you should be aware of:
I am in charge of the English-as-a-second-language department at a large southern California high school, which is, designated a Title 1 school, meaning that its students average lower socioeconomic and income levels.
Most of the schools you are hearing about, South Gate High, Bell Gardens, Huntington Park, etc., where these students are protesting, are also Title 1 schools.
Title 1 schools are on the free breakfast and free lunch program. When I say free breakfast, I’m not talking a glass of milk and roll — but a full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would make a Marriott proud. The waste of this food is monumental, with trays and trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK)
I estimate that well over 50% of these students are obese or at least moderately overweight. About 75% or more DO have cell phones. The school also provides day care centers for the unwed teenage pregnant girls (some as young as 13) so they can attend class without the inconvenience of having to arrange for babysitters or having family watch their kids. I was ordered to spend $700,000 on my department or risk losing funding for the upcoming year even though there was little need for anything; my budget was already substantial. I ended up buying new computers for the computer learning center, half of which, one month later, have been carved with graffiti by the appreciative students who obviously feel humbled and grateful to have a free education in America. I have had to intervene several times for young and substitute teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students here in the country less then 3 months who raised so much hell with the female teachers, calling them “Putas”, whores and throwing things that the teachers were in tears.
Free medical, free education, free food, daycare etc., etc, etc. Is it any wonder they feel entitled to not only be in this country but to demand rights, privileges and entitlements?
To those who want to point out how much these illegal immigrants contribute to our society because they LIKE their gardener and housekeeper and they like to pay less for tomatoes: spend some time in the real world of illegal immigration and see the TRUE costs.
Higher insurance, medical facilities closing, higher medical costs, more crime, lower standards of education in our schools, overcrowding, new diseases etc., etc, etc. For me, I’ll pay more for tomatoes.
We need to wake up. The guest worker program will be a disaster because we won’t have the guts to enforce it. Does anyone in their right mind really think they will voluntarily leave and return?
It does, however, have everything to do with culture: A third-world culture that does not value education, that accepts children getting pregnant and dropping out of school by 15 and that refuses to assimilate, and an American culture that has become so weak and worried about “politically correctness” that we don’t have the will to do anything about it.
If this makes your blood boil, as it did mine, forward this to everyone you know.

Shariah Law Unconstitutional
To The American People,
I will appreciate your attention and consideration.
The first amendment was not written in stone. It was written on parchment,
and if there is an occurrence when it poses danger to our Constitution, national
security or the safety of people, prudent review and flexibility must be
evaluated to determine its application. Has it not been the case with elimination of
human sacrifice on religious grounds?
Components in Shariah law borders on human sacrifice, more political than
religion. This insipid chauvinistic inserted into Islam is an abomination to human dignity
and has no place in the community of civilized religions!
I the case of the first amendment and Shariah law, defending it will be like
our body's immune system turning on itself. With false hope I wish somebody with
backbone in Congress, will introduce a bill making Shariah law unconstitutional when
in conflict with civil law; nipping it in the bud before it can becoming an issue.

Show Your ID
I'm a legal American citizen and I must show my ID when:
1. Pulled over by the police.
2. Making purchases on my department store credit card.
3. When I show up for a doctor's appointment.
4. When filling out a credit card or loan application.
5. When applying for or renewing a driver's license or passport.
6. When applying for any kind of insurance.
7. When filling out college applications.
8. When donating blood.
9. When obtaining certain prescription drugs.
10. When making some debit purchases, especially if I'm out of state.
11. When collecting a boarding pass for airline or train travel.
I'm sure there are more instances, but the point is that we citizens of the USA are required to prove who we are nearly every day!
Why should people in this country illegally, be exempt!!!!!
Why shouldn't we guard our borders as closely as every other country in the world does?

The Regime takes Mexico's Side, Not Supporting America
The backwards President from Mexico came to America to scold us, and our REGIME did not back him against the wall. Instead the REGIME threw an extravagant Party with your Tax Dollars for this little creep. Of course, The Regime invited the usual suspects, self-loathing Hollywood types and little Racist Celebrities. Can this be construed as being a Traitor, by Barry agreeing with El Presidente?
Obama himself has criticized the state of Arizona for passing a law that would enable law enforcement officers to inquire about the citizenship or green card status of individuals who are stopped for a lawful reason. Yes, despite what media shills are saying, cops can’t just grab you and ask: “Are you a citizen or a green card holder?”
The statute states:
For any lawful stop, detention, or arrest made by a law enforcement official or a law enforcement agency of this state or a law enforcement official or a law enforcement agency of a county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state in the enforcement of any other law or ordinance of a county, city or town or this state where reasonable suspicion exists that the person is an alien and is unlawfully present in the United States, a reasonable attempt shall be made, when practicable, to determine the immigration status of the person, except if the determination may hinder or obstruct an investigation.
Obama called this law “misguided” and ordered his Justice Department to investigate to see whether the law violates civil rights. Interestingly enough, Justice Department head Eric Holder hasn’t had time to read the law yet. Neither has Homeland Security head Janet Napolitano. They are too busy criticizing it.
Even more galling was the reception given to Mexican President Felipe Calderon during a speech he gave at a joint session of Congress this week. He not only bashed the Arizona law, calling it a “terrible idea” that will involve racial profiling against Hispanics, but also called for the U.S. to reinstate an assault weapons ban (somehow he blames the uptick in violence in Mexico on U.S. drug demand and U.S. gun laws).
And Congress gave him a standing ovation. Well, Democrats did.
Meanwhile, after calling us a bunch of bigots for asking for “papers,” Calderon told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer how strict Mexicans are regarding illegals in their own country:
BLITZER: So if people want to come from Guatemala or Honduras or El Salvador or Nicaragua, they want to just come into Mexico, they can just walk in?
CALDERON: No. They need to fulfill a form. They need to establish their right name. We analyze if they have not a criminal precedent. And they coming into Mexico. Actually …
BLITZER: Do Mexican police go around asking for papers of people they suspect are illegal immigrants?
CALDERON: Of course. Of course, in the border, we are asking the people, who are you?
And if they explain …
BLITZER: At the border, I understand, when they come in.
CALDERON: Yes.
BLITZER: But once they’re in …
CALDERON: But not — but not in — if — once they are inside the — inside the country, what the Mexican police do is, of course, enforce the law. But by any means, immigration is a crime anymore in Mexico.
BLITZER: Immigration is not a crime, you’re saying?
CALDERON: It’s not a crime.
BLITZER: So in other words, if somebody sneaks in from Nicaragua or some other country in Central America, through the southern border of Mexico, they wind up in Mexico, they can go get a job …
CALDERON: No, no.
BLITZER: They can work.
CALDERON: If — if somebody do that without permission, we send back — we send back them.
BLITZER: You find them and you send them back?
CALDERON: Yes. However, especially with the people of Guatemala, we are providing a new system in which any single citizen from Guatemala could be able to visit any single border (INAUDIBLE) in the south. And even with all the requirements, he can or she can visit any parts of Mexico.
So he’s saying it’s no longer a crime to be an illegal alien in Mexico (not so true), but the authorities can still ask you for your “papers” even when you aren’t caught in the act of committing a crime, and if they find you don’t have “permission” to be there, they can “send you back.” But in America, that sort of thing is called “racial profiling.” Gotcha.

More facts revealing the Democrats' hypocrisy on Arizona
It looks like we are being trashed by the very people who are supposed to protect us. Big Sis Napolitano and the Coward, Eric Holder want to assume all Police are Racists, just like their boss thinks. These low-lifes did not even read the Law yet they do not agree with it. IBD reveals a Homeland Security program to train local police to help round up illegal immigrants - just what the Arizona bill would have them do.
As the administration condemns Arizona for cracking down on illegals, it's training Arizona to do just that. It's called the ICE 287(g) Program.
Homeland Security runs the federal program, which trains state and local police to identify and process criminal aliens for removal from the country. The ACLU gripes the program is "terrorizing immigrant communities," and has urged the administration to abandon it.
But the administration isn't listening. It's signing up several more local law enforcement agencies for the program, which it touts as a success story.
And guess what? Janet Napolitano, who as Homeland Secretary responsible for protecting the borders and former governor of Arizona, is not only quite proud of the program, but signed up Arizona authorities to cooperate with the feds and learn how to identify and arrest illegal immigrants.
Under the 2006 program, more than 1,100 cops with 71 state and local agencies have helped the feds round up more than 110,000 illegals, the report says. Nine Arizona law enforcement agencies have taken advantage of it. In fact, all of the agreements were inked while Janet Napolitano was Arizona governor.
This is the same Napolitano, who despite running the federal program now as Homeland Security chief, is slamming Arizona's tough new immigration code as "bad law enforcement law."
"That's not the kind of law I would have signed," she asserted, explaining that she dealt with "laws of that ilk" in Arizona before and that most police outfits were opposed to them.
In fact, most Arizona cops strongly support the new law — probably because, after training with border agents, they see it works.
Imagine that! She went along as governor and encourages today the very sorts of behavior that she, Obama, and the Democrats are having so much fun demonizing and scare-mongering about.

I was brought up by my parents (Democrats) to respect the President of the United States.
I'm sorry! I can't respect the one in office now; not because he's black. I would have gladly voted for the likes of Condoleezza Rice, J.C. Watts or Thomas Sowell.
I have no respect for this one, because he is a dirty stinking liar, surrounded by his staff of Chicago goons, Marxists, perverts and tax frauds.
Illustrating his phoniness is the statement he made referring to Arizona's new law on immigration, that was designed to reinforce federal law. That a family of darker skin complexion will be confronted at an ice cream parlor and challenged to produce papers to prove legal residency. If they fail to do so, they and their little children will be thrown in jail.
This former Harvard law professor should know, if he bothered to read the statute which he did not, that law enforcement cannot stop or detain anyone and ask for their ID without probable cause. Like anyone in the color spectrum suspected of infraction of the law, they will be stopped and asked for identification. What hypocrisy to criticize what he fails to do to uphold the federal law that Arizona asks.
His attorney general, Eric Holder seems to be suffering from the same ailment of jumping to conclusions and dishing out erroneous statements without first reading the statutes. It's just another Cambridge, Massachusetts faux pas, COPS ARE STUPID!

Poor Obama's Auntie Seituni!
With the amount of publicity and her position as an Obama relative I can see the need of protection now. But she's been here since 2002. If there were any justice, the only people admitted to citizenship would be those who could make a positive contribution to this country. Aunt Zeituni does not seem to live up to this standard.
What I can't understand how she was able to gain the benefits she has been receiving all these years. Housing, Welfare, free Medical care, lawyers, and who knows what else as an ILLEGAL ALIEN! Doesn't anyone check? How did she bump hundreds of deserving taxpaying elderly citizens out of city housing? With designer glasses, MK scarf, lots of jewelry, plenty of legal help by lawyers, obviously an attitude-where is she getting her money? Not from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. I'll bet.
How did she get into public housing. We have hundreds of American families living in hotels and shelters because there is no public housing available. This really bothers me. If she is in public housing, how many other illegals are in public housing also. Another problem I have is, how has she been supporting herself? It doesn't sound like she has been working. Is she collecting Welfare or Social Security? I certainly hope not. Why are hard working American citizens constantly denied short term help when illegals can get immediate and continuous help? What's wrong with this picture?
There should be a full investigation into the Boston Housing Authority and whoever the idiot is that approved her housing application should be fired and should reimburse the taxpayers for the cost of her housing.

How did she get into public housing. We have hundreds of American families living in hotels and shelters because there is no public housing available. This really bothers me. If she is in public housing, how many other illegals are in public housing also. Another problem I have is, how has she been supporting herself? It doesn't sound like she has been working. Is she collecting Welfare or Social Security? I certainly hope not. Why are hard working American citizens constantly denied short term help when illegals can get immediate and continuous help? What's wrong with this picture?
There should be a full investigation into the Boston Housing Authority and whoever the idiot is that approved her housing application should be fired and should reimburse the taxpayers for the cost of her housing.

Eric Holder on Arizona Law: "I have not read it yet" BUT it must be Racist!
Eric Holder wants to accuse Police of being Racists because Holder is too much of a Coward to read the Arizona Law.

Australian Prime Minister Stands Up For His Country
The Fringe MSM will not show you the truth. Many of the Illegal Aliens and Low Life Liberals who are protesting against Arizona, are waving "che guevara" posters. They support a Mass Murderer and do not give a damn about our Constitution!
Australian Prime Minister does it again!
He's done it again. He sure isn't backing down on his hard line stance and one has to appreciate his belief in the rights of his native countrymen. A breath of fresh air to see someone lead. I wish some leaders would step up in Canada & USA.
The Australian Prime Minister should be appointed King of the World. Truer words have never been spoken.
It took a lot of courage for this man to say what he had to say for the world to hear. The retribution could be phenomenal, but at least he was willing to take a stand on his and Australia's beliefs.
Whole World Needs A Leader like Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, Australia! We do not need a TOTUS (Teleprompter of the United States) who supports Thugs and Illegal Aliens.
Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia, as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks.
Separately, Rudd angered some Australian Muslims by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques. Quote:
